I apologise for the wait, I've been incredibly busy with college and then Christmas recently ( I am also writing other one shots for the people reading this who have requested )

You and Julian had been together for a while though in secret, not even robin knew

Sometimes it was hard to hide it, especially when Pat or Fanny were around

Today you wanted to go on a date with Julian, but of course you had to do it without the others knowing, otherwise they'd just demand to know everything

' Julian, can I borrow you a second ' you said as you came into the room where the others were

'Uh ok' he said sceptically

Robin grumbled and said ' but what about chess?'

' Ill bring him back in a minute robin, I just need to talk to him ' you chuckled

Robin just grunted in reply

Julian walked out the room with you and down the hall slightly to the library

' what's the matter love?' He asked, since the two of you had got together, he had become much more caring, even the other ghosts had started to notice a change to Julian's behaviour but thought nothing of it

' I was thinking-'

' dangerous ' he cut in with a chuckle

You rolled your eyes and said ' shut up, anyway! I was thinking that we could do something together this afternoon '

Julian smirked making you slap his arm ' not like that. '

' oh... like a date type thing? ' he asked, still getting used to dates and affection instead of ' rumpy pumpy' as he so eloquently puts it

' yeah!' You said with a slight twinkle in your eye

' oh... yeah that sounds nice... ' Julian said smiling softly

You and Julian had managed to slip away from the other ghosts and were now out for a walk, not exactly the date you wish you could have but you know.. you're dead

You looked at julian who looked conflicted on what to say, he wasn't used to dates and stuff, he had only started going on them since you and him had got together

' are you alright? ' you asked

He didn't reply, still seeming lost in thought

' dear?'

' huh- hmm? ' he hummed seeming to snap out of it

' I said are you alright..?'

' oh... yes I'm perfectly fine thanks love' he said giving you a small smile

' are you sure? Was this a bad idea... I knew I shouldn't have said anything, oh god I'm so sorry Julian '
You kept rambling on and Julian kept saying your name trying to get you to stop

Eventually he gave up and gently grabbed your chin making you stop

' y/n! It's ok... it was a great idea I'm just not used to this, you have nothing to be sorry for' he said and slowly leaned down and gave you a kiss

You smiled into the kiss and sighed wrapping your arms around his neck to pull him closer

You were happy, you knew it would take a long time for Julian to be used to this but at moments like these you could forget all that
