For the first time in my life, I'm lost. I have no idea what's going on or what exactly I've gotten myself into.
The stranger speeds down the vacant road with an expression full of excitement on her features. However, I cling onto the seatbelt because of how fast she's speeding down the road.
"I'm Alice, by the way." She speaks up with a cheeky grin. "What's your name?"
"Ada," my voice is quiet but loud enough for her to hear. We exchange a slide glance, and she giggles.
"I believe you'll do just fine, Ada."

People pass by the parked Ferrari with astonished eyes. I sit in the passenger seat and wait for Alice to come out of the store across the street.
If not for two black vehicles parked on either side of the car, then I would try to run. However, there's men in those cars wearing black suits, and Alice warned me if I even attempted to open the door that I would soon regret it.
So I sit impatiently and wait for her to come outside of the store. I have no clue what's going on, but I do know that whatever it is can't be good.
I've never been in a situation like this before, and to be honest, I have no clue how to get out of it. Just where exactly is she taking me?
I suddenly jump when the diver's side door opens and Alice slides inside with fancy, black shopping bags.
"Good news, they had his favorite color. Gray is going to look so good on you." She compliments while handing me the bags. "Take a look and tell me what you think." She adds while shutting the door and waiting for me to view the clothing.
Hesitantly, I open one of the bags and pull out a gray thigh-high stocking. I glance at Alice, and she must sense my unease.
"Listen, if you just follow the rules, everything will work out fine. I promise," her words don't help calm my heart rate.
"Just what the hell are you planning to do to me?" I shove the material back into the bag. "I don't know who the fuck you are, but I'm not some toy. I'm a human being, and I demand—"
"If you finish that sentence, then I won't hesitate to blow your brains out right here and now." She holds her palm up in the air, and when I look behind her, the car full of men have guns aimed directly at me. I'm sure even behind me as well. "Your life was over the very moment you didn't walk back into the nightclub, Ada. You should've turned your back and walked away as any sane person would do."
"I don't regret stepping in. I saved a man's life that night, and I'm proud of my decision—"
"That man you saved died cruelly after they found him. He wouldn't have if you just would've minded your own business. Thanks to you, he went back home to his wife. Now both of them are dead. So the next time you think you did something, let it settle in your mind that you made it worse."
The blood in my veins runs cold. She doesn't say anything else when she starts the engine and drives away with the two cars following closely behind.
I'm in shock and can't even believe that these people can be so sick. I can only find enough courage in my words to ask one question.
"What are you going to do to me?" I don't look at her when I ask. I keep looking out of the front windshield and wait patiently for her response.
"That all depends on you. If you're smart, you'll go along with whatever he says, if not, then I guess you'll end up like the man you were trying to save."

We arrived at a large villa with a massive black fence wrapped around the property. I didn't say anything when she bypassed the guards and gates, when she turned off the vehicle, or when she led me inside the huge home where I know I'm likely to die soon.
"Because you're new, all the other girls have left the estate. However, he will be back by tonight." She continuously checks her watch as if on a tight schedule.
She rushes past the marbled, white flooring, the beautiful stone stairs, and the magnificent hanging chandelier that's in front of the staircase. Whoever owns this place has money and a lot of it.
When I follow her down the fancy hallway that's painted in creamy vanilla with golden picture frames and dark, red curtains to cover the large windows, I see another woman up ahead speed-walk past Alice.
"GiGi!" Alice shouts to gain her attention. She spins around in her red stilettos with big eyes after being called. Her wavy, brown hair bounces when she faces our way. "What are you still doing here? You know you should be with the others."
"I forgot my straightener," she holds up the hair tool in her hand with a sour expression.
"I don't care about your hair, GiGi. You need to leave and now. I don't have time to babysit you and attend to his problems too." Alice sighs and slightly pushes the woman named GiGi on her shoulders towards the exit. "You need to leave now." Alice doesn't give her time to say anything else before pushing her out of the nearest exit.
When Alice comes back seconds later, she dusts off her jacket as if she got dirty and motions for me to follow her upstairs. She leads me down a long hall full of wide windows on the left side until she nears the end of the hall and opens the door to a room.
"We won't have time to go over everything seeing as it's almost sunset. Here," she quickly takes the bags out of my hands and sits them on a dresser. "This is going to be where you'll stay. You need to wash up, put some makeup on, and dress up in what I bought you for him tonight. He'll be here in a few hours, so when he calls for you, go downstairs and wait. There's a built-in phone in your room for when he'll call, so answer it, and let him know when you're coming down. It's as simple as that. Now I have to go, and whatever you do, don't make him mad." She leaves the room as quickly as she can, while I'm still confused.
Everything happened so suddenly that I don't even have time to blink or take anything in. I just remember bits and pieces. However, a warm bath after everything that's happened does sound inviting.
