Episode 12: War With The Orcs

Shi's pov

"I AM... KARGALGAN...I AM... THE PRIDEFUL... ORC'S... GREAT SORCERER... WHO DARES... TO GO AGAINST... ME!" the orc who welcomed me spoke with a husky voice and realising his aura in the air

Looking at his army the vast majority of it are lvl 70 high orcs and their king a lvl 75 high orc sorcerer.

"The name's void." I said to him with a smile

"You sure are strong!" I added my smile turning into a grin

"HAHAHA... ISNT THAT OBVIOUS... I AM... THE KING OF THE ORCS!" Kargalgan said with confidence and a toothy smile

"Not anymore. Come Forth My Shadows"

I summoned my shadows feeling that I would win this fight

"HAHAHA... TRYING TO PICK A FIGHT... WITH MY WARRIORS... AGAINST THAT MANY SOLDIERS... HAHAHAHA!" kargalgan laughed

"I wouldnt be confident if I were you. [Shadow's Domain]" I said and a notification popped up (Shadow soldiers stats have been increased by 20%) turning my blue colored soldiers to purple

'A new job specific skill I obtained when I reached lvl 70. My shadows are much more stronger than they were before' I thought

"WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING?... DESTROY THEM ALREADY!" kargalgan exclaimed making all of his forces charge towards us

While I stayed behind while my forces went to meet them in the middle as I casted [MP Cut]

Iron used [Taunting Cry] trying to get the agro on him but failed due to the enemies stats being high leveled

Annoyed at the fact that his skill failed he lifted up his axe and swung it on the enemies forces killing those that surrounded him all in one go

Igris being surrounded by enemies but quickly dealt with them with ease

Tank was slashing the orcs left and right with his claws and biting them when they are close enough killing them with ease

The others however were having a hard time dealing with the orcs making my mana deplete fast

[HYMN OF THE FIRE DRAGON]

Then an explosion was heard

"My soldiers!!" I exclaimed

"WHY ARE YOU ACTING SO ARROGANT WITH USELESS PUPPETS LIKE THOSE?" kargalgan said with a head of a dragon seen on the top of his throne

"Your the one acting arrogant. As long as I have mana my soldiers can regenerate" I said to him

"THEN I'LL DESTROY YOU ALL AT ONCE. [HYMN OF BLAZING FIRE]"

Multiple explosions were seen and heard destroying parts of the bridge

"YOU CANT DEFEAT ME! GIVE UP YOUR USELESS ATTEMPT AND DIE!" kargalgan said

"Nope!" I said with a smile and popped a mp potion

"Arise!" I commanded and shadows of the high orcs started to emerge from the ground attacking the other orcs with much ease

"WHAT THE...! TURNING MY WARRIORS INTO THE UNDEAD!" kargalgan said with fear

"KILL HIM! CUT HIM INTO PIECES AND OFFER HIM TO ME!!!" he continued

Then his 4 generals came to attack me but was blocked by Igris, Iron, and Tank

Iron was fighting 1 of the generals. As their blades met sparks were flying but Iron got the upper hand as he headbutted the orc denting his helmet then slammed his axe on its head turning him into particles

Igris was fighting 2 of the generals with ease killing both of them in less than 5 minutes

Tank just slashed 1 of the generals and it turned into particles

"It looks like my generals are more superior than your" I said with a smug face

"HOW DARE YOU! I'LL SHOW YOU! I WILL NOT LET YOU RUN YOUR MOUTH INFRONT OF THE GREAT KARGALGAN [HYMN OF AGONY] [HYMN OF FRENZY] [HYMN OF BLINDNESS] [HYMN OF LETHARGY] [HYMN OF SLUMBER]" kargalgan casted but was shocked

"WHAT?! HOW DID YOU DISPEL MY CURSES?!" he asked

I smiled as I looked at the notification infornt of me (All debuffs have been removed due to Hearth's Embrace)

"Told you, you were being arrogant." I said as I dusted myself off then looked towards him with a smile

"YOUR RUBBISH TALENT WILL NO LONGER WORK ON ME!" kargalgan said looking pissed asf

[HYMN OF RAGE] [ HYMN OF STRENGTHENING] [HYMN OF GIANTS] [HYMN OF COMBUSTION] kargalgan casted

"I'LL CRUSH YOU LIKE THE KNSECT YOU ARE! DONT GET SO COCKY BECAUSE I PLAYED WITH YOU FOR A BIT HUMAN!"

"DO I, KARGALGAN STILL LOOK WEAK TO YOU!" he said as a huge wave of fire came out of his mouth but missed me as I dodge to the side and went next to his face

"Yup" I said as I stabbed him in his eyes the procedded to cast [Flash Blink] over and over again until my passive [Thread Of Life] activated then used [Precise Cut] killing kargalgan and turning him into particles

Thats the end of the chapter. I hope you guys liked it and to answer how does shi ressurect the shadows of the monster well when a monster get killed it is turned into particles but leaves behind an orb only those who have a job like saints or necromancer can see them but since saint only purifies them, they dont see the orbs to often. Now I know what your thinking "But hype then can the shadow soldiers be purified and die?" well the answer to that is yes they can die but only to be sent back to shi's shadow and cannot be summoned for 1hr. I know its a huge debuff for shi's opness but I want him to struggle a bit so I hope you understand see you guys next time and stay safe bye.
