Part 18: the ender mages escape

After the victory for the frost bourne at the outpost the nether has lost a large part of their invasion force that was meant to destroy the frost bourne and with the capture of hogsworth the nether has to stay on the defensive for now until theres a new plan

Lance and ciara plan their escape from the nether and make there way back to help the frost bourne and the crusaders and as lances powers return he can find the all the end crystals but the nether has gotten another crystal in the guardians landing which means the nether has 2 crystals while the crusaders and frost bourne  have 2  which leaves 2 other crystals to be found

(Pov naeus )

I was with Alan and the now demonised ceris we were in the main chamber of my castle fortress in the nether
We captured the crystal in the guardians landing but lance hasn't given us anything else and Alan seems concerned that his demos have turned on him

Alan throws his axe at the wall
Alan " should have known letting them have their minds would fail unlike ceris who i have almost full control " he turns to ceris

" why dont you just take her mind apart and take the crystal locations from  her since she's the one who hid them " I wondered why he didn't do it already
Alan " even for me her mind is to strong to be that easily broken " he placed his hand on shoulder " i know you and lance have a complicated past and i know you want him dead so maybe i let you go i kill him and in return you give me the end crystals "                                                                                                                                        

She pushed his hand off
Ceris " hmm how would I respond to this oh uhh fuck off " and closes his and tightly and makes cerises body feel full pain and she begun to scream

Alan " lance was right you are predictable anyways " he slaps ceris away making her go flying into the wall
" it appears the so called great leader of the end is nothing but a weak "i say laughing at her
She looked up at me and smirked

Ceris " but lets face it who's he gonna keep around soon you will be a pile of bones again after he gets what he wants you wont be useful to him "

It made me think how long will Alan keep me around before he try's to get rid of me he can easily do it but why keep me around i will have to be more ready for anything

Alan "question naeus who is hogs more loyal to you or his own life ?" He asks
" hes loyal to the nether that's all I know for sure " I know hogs isn't the bravest of my army but he's some what loyal
Alan" but whenever he's bested he changes sides when he served the false pig king when you beat him he turned so history will probably repeat it's self "

" he wouldn't " i stopped and thinked would he really join the frost bourne so he can live he did the same when I beat him I feel it's a risk we can't take

" what do you have in mind for this?" I wondered what he would do
Alan " I will go to the frost bourne fight my way to their prison and kill hogs worth to make sure he can't change sides "
" but if you could get in why not save him "
Alan " he would have already changed side by now and would probably become a spy "

I didn't want to but he was right we can't risk it
Alan stood up and turned into his shadow form making him all black and making everything around him darker
Alan " hold off any attacks till I return " he says in a echoed voice
He disappears

( pov changes to lance )

I was sitting next to ciara in the nether prison planning are escape
" ok here my plan we run out of here fight are way to a portal and see if we can escape from there " ciara was worried about this

Ciara " i still dont think we can get out ..your powers are still coming back and I'm missing an arm I don't think we can make it past the nethers kings and the other 2 people " she says almost scared

" ciara we have no choice if we dont get out of here we are dead " i put my hand oh her shoulder trying to get her to get going with me
Ciara " just leave me behind i have done enough to get my friends killed " she says looking away
" look I know you feel like what you have done has made you not worth saving but I'm going to be honest if I don't get you out Kane will kill me again "

Ciara sighs " ok how do we get out of this cell ?" She asked
" I'm still figuring that out " i looked around this cell was very well made so it would be hard to escape

I herd foot steps coming to words us
Black " you really trying to escape " he laughs " my magic still outranks your current power " he gets hit in the head and is knocked out

Sadie " i hate that stupid skeleton " she opens the cell door " ok come on go he will wake up soon " she hands me the karambits
Ciara " wait since when are you on our side ???" Me and her were confused
Sadie " I'm not doing this for you I'm doing this so eoin has to own me later " she says with a sinister grin on her face
" ok then " i blast her into a wall
Sadie " i am in a lot of pain !!!

me and ciara began running through the fortress trying to find a way out
We didn't see anything inside the fortress which made us run outside but by the time we got out naeus was in front of us
Naeus" I'm not letting you leave that easily " he points his spear at us

"  i dont have to beat you just got to get around you " he starts to run at me chartering the lighting of herobrine
I looked around we were in a open area so I could probably avoid most of his ranged attacks but up close is different

I grabbed my karambits and blocks his spear and kicked him back and sent 3 arcane swords hitting him
naeus " stupid mage if i cant hurt you " he teleports to ciara and knocks her to the ground " ill take her " he points his spear at her head

" wait don't hurt her " i say lowering my blades
I looked up for a few seconds and saw that the nether rocks above us were not completely stable
Naeus " go back to your cell and she doesn't get hurt " he says as he puts the spear near her head
Ciara " lance go hes gonna kill me anyways !!" She shouts
Naeus cuts the back of her thighs then she screams in pain

" hey look up " i say yo him as i throw the karambits knocking the rocks above down on us
I blast naeus off ciara as a rock lands on him
Ciara " ahhhhh my legs " she couldn't walk so i lifted her into my arms and started to run

After a few minutes we were out of the fortress and were in a open area
Ciara " thanks for saving me again i guess i owe you twice now its clear i cant save my self anymore " she says sad and embarrassed that she needed to be saved by me

" you dont have to do anything for me " she looks at me
Ciara " but you got caught because of me if i wasnt so stupid and killed that pig .....Kane probably thinks I'm dead or if he doesn't he wouldn't care he was right it was a mistake for me to come here "

" look i know how it feels to think you are nothing but a problem I would explain now but we have to keep moving "
I stopped running as i saw a portal open I didn't know where it went but i had to take the change
I didn't see maybe nether troops so i think I could sneak through

I walk on the edge of this out post where the portal was
Ciara held on to me tight out of fear
I needed to get a clear path to teleport out

I waited for a clearing between the troops
I saw a change and i ran barely had time to kill anything on the way i jumped through the portal

We landed in a forest it appeared i landed on my back and ciara fell on me
" ciara are you ok ?" I asked her concerned
She lifts her head and gets off me
Ciara " i think so i think i may have hit my head but i think I'm good but my legs still are in a lot of pain " she says trying to wipe off some blood

" we have to get moving and find where we are and see can we get to the others
I pick her up again and starts running

( so theses will take longer now since I'm back at school ill try to make them but they wont me as fast hope your still enjoying this )
