Detective Watkins
I have no options I have to talk to Elena Lincoln, God help me I don't want to and the wide grin on her face as I enter the interview room makes me want to throw up. I swear my skin crawls even hearing her name. I keep my distance from her and I think she is having fun at my expense. I can't believe she might be involved in this murder is why I have to keep my cool.
Elena
Well hello handsome long time no see. All you had to do was call me and I would come running. Why the formalities?
Detective Watkins
Cut the crap Mrs Lincoln and sit there while I ask you some questions. I question her about where she was at a certain time and date and she didn't hesitate to tell me where she was. The problem is the answer came a bit too quickly to be true. Like she had it prepared in advance of the question.
Elena
Hmm I can't really recall where I was at any given point. I am a fairly social person so I could be out with someone. I think I might have been giving someone a ride or entertaining someone. But I don't think the person wouldn't want to have their privacy invaded like mine is being right now.
Detective Watkins
Can you explain why there are blood stains in your car? Plus they are a match for a dead body we recently found?
Elena
I have no idea, I loaned that car to a person I know. Since you have him and it locked up you should ask h8m that question. Now if we are done here I would like my car and to leave.
Detective Watkins
I can't let you have the car and can't let you leave for now. I believe you are hiding something mrs Lincoln and I am going to find out what it is.
Elena
I want an attorney now.
Detective Watkins
Sure thing and you can explain to him why we have you with the guy who is suspected of murder along with the blood in your car. I go tell someone to let her call an attorney. I didn't tell her we have her and Mr Hall on cctv footage coming from where we discovered the car with the body in it. My instincts tell me she picked him up and didn't notice the blood. But she was definitely was with him and picked him up somewhere near the Mercedes and the dead body. His shoes size matched the size of the shoe prints at the original site where the victims blood was found by her car. Mr Grey and the others have been ruled out as suspects. So was the owner of the car. Geoffrey was the only one who we can put at both scenes or the vicinity of both. Elena was only tied to the scene where the car with miss Duncan's body in it, we can't place her at the club. We know she was coming from an urban location, but that is all. She blew me a kiss as I headed to the door.

Richard will hopefully not notice anything amiss. But who knows in regards to him. I just hope he stays gone for the time this gets cleared up. I wait and wait it seems like and the door opens up and I am handed the phone to call an attorney. Luckily we have an attorney. I call Robert Jones and he says he will come down and find out what evidence they have against me. Then go from there.

This is going to be tricky for me to handle. Richard Lincoln is not a nice man, and Elena is trouble in so many ways. I tried to get him not to marry her, but he was in love and he was very blinded by it where she is concerned. I can't get in the middle of this now, So I am assigning a woman to her hoping she doesn't like both sexes. I send Glorious Samuels she has been wanting a difficult case to sink her teeth into. I figure a difficult client would be just as good for now.

As soon as Robert said Elena Lincoln I knew it was going to a huge pain in my ass client. He said we couldn't converse about the case if Elena agreed to me defending her due to her husband being a client of Roberts. I get the attorney client form for Elena to sign and head out to the p9lice station. They take their sweet time getting me the information on what the charges are and what evidence the have against Elena. She has been here six hours already. They haven't charged yet and I find out her car has blood in it that matches a murder victim. Okay I need to find out exactly what is going on.
Howard Duncan
I come down to see if I can get Susan's car from the impound lot. They have cleared it of having any more evidence. They have taken everything they need from her home and have given me back her keys. I have to go to probate court to find out where I stand getting her estate in order. I have made arrangements for her cremation. Her mother and my ex wife is trying to get control over Susan's estate and I happen to know Isabel, Susan's baby is her only heir to her money and estate. I have custody of Isabel thanks to Herbert Grey writing up something to protect Isobel from Janice my ex and one of her grandmother's from taking from the only parent she truly knows and that is me.
Susan never told me who the father was and refused to tell him he was a father. I finally am told the car can only be released to me after I show proof that I have a right to it. So I have to leave and get documentation that I am her father. Birth certificate and a few other things. I call Carrick and ask him to help me out and he tells me to come right over.
