Not Guilty Plea

Even though Elena walked due to insufficient evidence and had a great attorney. Geoffrey Hall most definitely didn't have a an attorney who had the same time or resources Elena had. His was a public defender who has too many cases and very little time or resources to really provide him with the same kind of defense Elena has. Her attorney found evidence assuring mr Hall was found guilty. They found footage of him hitting miss Duncan in the head and moving her into the trunk of the car belonging to Dana Lewis. I found out miss Lewis has filed an insurance claim regarding her vehicle, but I doubt she will get a total replacement of the car even though a dead body bled out in it. But you never know.

When they let me go off the photo shoot I had to try to get a new shoot lined up and suddenly there were no jobs available to me any longer. My agent even said they chose another person for the movie and tv commercials. Geoffrey was in jail and Susan was dead. They had enough evidence to prove him guilty. Mom and dad showed proof of my being home the night Susan was killed. They and my siblings all dragged me into a penny ante poker game, which is what we do when we are all home. My parents way of bonding with us kids. So now I have to find a job until I get a call for photo shoots again. My agent said due to unforeseen events the companies didn't think my representing them was a bad idea after all the news of my possible involvement of the lead model being murdered and my car being used to transport the body. Even if I am not guilty the companies can't have their names associated with a possible murderer.

Howard Duncan has asked me to get him custody of his grandchildren.

I failed to mention to the detective that Susan had twins, even Louise my ex wife hadn't known about Susan giving birth to twins. I made sure to get her out of Seattle to have her sons. Ronald and Donald Duncan. We went to setup things just in case something happens to her I would step in as the boys guardian and adopt them as soon as I could. Unfortunately we didn't get the papers notarized . But I did get her power of attorney, but we didn't get the will signed either. Herbert had both things ready, but Susan's schedule filled up and so did mine and Herbert's. You never know when your life will end. We are now in a tricky position. Luckily Susan asked the meeting with Herbert to be recorded and her wishes were recorded as well. I had to get her death certificates and get everything filed for a hearing as well to get her estate in order and to get full custody of Ronald and Donald. I have Herbert starting the adoption process. He did my divorce and it went smoothly especially since Louise cheated and per our prenuptial agreement she gets nothing when I divorce her. Even the children turned their backs on her. Okay all of them loved me. They are all adults now. They chose me in the divorce. Susan lived with me and her siblings. She started modeling as soon as her mother got her a job. I made sure they didn't allow Louise to manage her. Then she put our other three children to model. I made sure again she wasn't her manager. An attorney at Herbert's law firm specializes in handling models and actors and how to handle their earnings as minors. So now I have to make sure Susan's trust is taken care of before Louise gets wind of Susan's death.

Oscar my new husband told me about Susan's death and he thinks I should go to her funeral along with getting my share if not all of her estate. I agreed with him and spoke to an attorney regarding her estate. He said if she didn't leave a will and died intestate it would go to her children if there were any. Otherwise it would go to her family. Starting with her spouse and then children and parents. If none of those existed cousins could go after it as long as they provided DNA proof  they were related.

Well do you think it is worth your time to try for it? Or we shouldn't even bother trying to get the estate?

Who knows they wouldn't allow me to know her salary or bonuses or anything thanks to Howard hiring an attorney to monitor all her income at all times. They had an accountant that paid the bare minimum to attend the appointments and shootings. I deserve to get her whole estate. So I need to file a claim for it before anyone else does.

Howard and I get things done in about a week regarding his claim on Susan's estate and show proof of everything via the documents in care. But the kicker is the fact there was a safe deposit box. Inside it had a lot of documentation. She had someone finalized the will and the disposition of assets and the custody of Ronald and Donald if things had happened to her. Howard gets the boys to adopt and she sat up a trust that provides for them to be well cared for. She had three life insurance policies totaling over ten million dollars each. A 21 year old having those kind of life insurance policies had enemies that she knew would kill her and she made sure she would leave her boys and her dad well taken care of. Now to get everything filed in court on behalf on Howard and the boys.
