We have survived all our children graduating college and we are finally back on the island to relax and enjoy our solitude. Daniel sold his shares of Steele to me and Anastasia and started his own business on line and he brought up the boys very well. I was so proud seeing the three boys all graduate with honors from college. They were offered positions with GEH but they decided to work with Daniel at their home. Anastasia tried to set him up, but he told her no one would be able to replace Andrea and she should stop introducing any women to him again.
Anastasia
I am holding my grandchild and just so happy to have her in my arms. Ella met and married a best selling author while helping me at Grey Publishing. Augie owns Miller publishing we had so much going on we decided to create two publishing companies to handle everything. Arthur is running the company now. We lost my aunt and uncle along with Christian's parents in a plane crash three years ago and it took it's toll on all of us. Kate now owns Kavanagh Media. Her parents are retired finally Ethan is taking care of them along with Ginger Lewis his new wife. It was about time he married her after giving him six children. Two sets of triplets boys and girls. They demanded he marry their mother if he wanted to hear them call him dad instead of sperm donor. That's teenagers for you. I kiss my grand baby and she is taken by her father Adrian Spaulding. I grab my purse and Christian takes my hand and we head towards our new island home.
Christian
I am all set to go and the bags are in the car we have three security teams coming with us. Plus a cook and a housekeeper are waiting for us at the jet. Taylor retired to a home there over two years ago after the plane crash he and Gail decided to retire. Taylor found some very exceptional people to take their places. We built them a home on the island as a gift to celebrate the twenty years they have been with us. All of us are going to live on the island away from the paparazzi and enemies. Herbert married Caren Diamond the day they graduated from college. Her twins are doing pretty good and they are now being raised by Caren and Herbert. They are going to be graduating from high school soon. Our kids graduated from college early, very early. I think it has something to do with Anastasia being home and teaching the children from the moment they were able to be taught. Anastasia is going to miss everyone, but we can fly back and forth and they can visit us. Elliott is happy with the guy that Ava married and he is now a grandfather of four. They settled on two children the regular way and adopted three more children that a friend of his left as orphans. Two boys and a girl. Stair step children. Billy 6, Jerry 4 and Sarah 2 all were sad, but they finally adjusted after six months. My brother had a way with children and Kate was good with Sarah and both had help with them adjusting. Their two children took to the new additions like ducks to water.
Kate
Anastasia and Christian are moving to her Island home and everyone is going to miss them both. Augie and Barney are working hard and they have six children helping them run their businesses. Barney retired after finding an excellent replacement for him at GEH. He is running Miller publishing with Augie. I am turning over the business to all five of our children. None wanted to take over Elliott's construction company but Mia's children are running it now and doing a great job.
Elliott
Robert was killed by the same people who killed his brother and sister in law not long after mom and dad were killed in the plane crash. Mia has never gotten over it, but her grandchildren keep her occupied. She really didn't have to work, but she did editing and reading for both Anastasia and Augie. She made a lot of money doing it too. Herbert and Caren are doing good and he is working two jobs she is selling handmade things on eBay.
Mia
I can't wait to see my new grandchild. My eyesight has gotten worse since I got older and I can't work at editing anymore. So Anastasia and Augie gave me other things to do and it worked out. I am doing quite well at the new position I have. I miss mom and dad a lot, but our 12 children keep me from getting bored. I also miss Robert luckily the authorities caught the killers before they could get to their jet to leave. They were all killed when their car burst into flames and exploded on the side of the interstate. No one made it out alive. All four bodies were identified as the kidnappers from Sweden. I just wished they had been caught before they killed Robert. My life has never been the same again. I still have our children but they don't keep me warm at night. They keep me company and they are my pride and joy. Herbert and Caren bring their children to visit me. It makes smile and think they have went through so much. We are saying goodbye to Anastasia and Christian because they are moving to their island home tonight. We have unlimited access to their jets to go see them any time we wish. Ella is living in their home with her siblings and her adopted children. She hasn't found the one yet, but she wanted children so she adopted them. She figured that if her parents could adopt she would as well. She adopted a family of six who were put up for adoption by their grandparents after their parents died. She reminds me of me in the sense she took on a large number of siblings in an adoption. She was scared at first but she decided to be strong. Elliott, Christian and Daniel are all involved in their lives along with all the family. We have family events regularly now.
Anastasia
We were surprised by a going away party and Christian wasn't surprised at all by this event. We had fun with all our family members and we had to leave for the airport. I cried as we left our family and was reminded we can always visit any time we want to.
Christian
This is hard leaving all our loved ones and our grandchildren. I was surprised when Ella adopted six children but thrilled to have more grandchildren. We finally get to the car as tears flow from so many eyes as we wave goodbye. You would think we were meeting our maker not going to a tropical island. We drive to the airport and board the plane and fly into the sunset or whatever direction we are lifting off the ground toward.
