The Confrontation

Anastasia
I am not thrilled with mr Christian Grey at all. I made a few discoveries around the office and discovered how they came about after relocating cctv cameras while I was alone in the office and the shop. I ripped the ones out that were piggybacked onto ours. I set a trap for whoever did this to us and realized it was when Christian had his IT guy come over to help us out in setting security systems up. Barney came clean and then told me he could help us with finding a guy who can find out exactly what happened to our parents after I told him what I was doing at all hours of the night in my office. No matter how or where our parents are at, we are sure they were attacked and dead bodies were found. We know the authorities aren't being straightforward with us. They told us our parents are definitely dead, but never sent the bodies to us, just sent us official death certificates and told us to get on with our lives. We were given enough copies of the death certificates to give to the attorneys and the life insurance policies and then some. Barney gave us a guy named Welch to help me further my attempts and he told me that he was blocked at every point he was lead to. All said they died and the bodies were unidentifiable. Which doesn't make sense at all. He even went so far as to say they are definitely hiding something. Because if they were unidentifiable then how I'd they get identified as our parents? A question we will never know the answer to. So I decided that right then and there we had done enough and we needed to start living again for ourselves. One day we might know the truth, but we have to stop for looking now. We need to get on with our lives.
Augie
I see the look on Anastasia's face and I know that Christian better run for the hills. I redirect her just in time. We brought presents for the boys and we are giving Daniel and Andrea a chance to run the company on their own. We are going to open a publishing company of our own. Not one we created to gain access to high profile people who have resources to gain the kind of information we needed. We were naïve to think it might help or work out. I watch as we walk in another direction and I tell her that it would do no good to confront Christian about being super protective of his brother and sister in law after all someone did try to kidnap his nephew and came close to doing it. I reminded her that he knew less about us than he could have. We have learned the less you post on line the better, but even better is creating your own information. That we did, so much so that people didn't know what the truth was really. Can't see the tree for the forest and all that entails. So he embedded cameras of his own. We would never hurt our employees, unless they were sent to hurt us. Andrea and Daniel started their married lives in our employ and we think they can handle running our company and getting their college degree as well as raising their little munchkins. Plus they have tons of help now, Christian made sure of it. When I found out about Daniel being related to him as in he is his baby brother, I was prepared for the onslaught of various changes in the workplace thanks to the protective nature of our friendly neighborhood billionaire. Barney told me that he is very generous to his family and loyal employees. He might seem ruthless but he isn't to people in his family or those who show him loyalty. To us he considered us part of the family. Because we decided to put his brother and his sister in law to work.
Christian
No doubt Anastasia Steele wants to have words with me after finding the cameras piggybacked to theirs and recalling who installed them. I had a feeling that would happen, but not that quickly. So I had a few other tricks up my sleeve with the help of Welch we had a few various ways to keep eyes in the goings on in there. The only thing we saw was the Walton girl hitting on Daniel and Anastasia working on her computer diligently. She fell asleep in her office a lot. So much so she had a wardrobe brought in to put her clothes in and had a bathroom with a shower in it. Elliott did that along with the daycare she asked for so they could have it ready for Daniel and Andrea's baby, which turned into triplets.
Kate
I finally get to talk to Elliott and Mia chases Ethan around, I need to stop that, but I have another objective and that is Elliott Grey. He smiles and says that he knew Ethan was going to be an unhappy camper coming here today. I knew in Aspen she had a thing for him and he did as well, so he avoided her at all costs. Elliott and Christian were skiing in the most dangerous slopes and they were fast moving. We had no chance to get to know them because they stuck together and Ethan joined them in their antics. They found a bar and didn't arrive until the next afternoon. There was no doubt what Ethan had been doing, but I hoped that Elliott hadn't been up to the same thing, but highly unlikely since all three were known for being a love ''em and leave them type at that point.
Elliott
I smile as Kate walks my way and I know I am a goner if she smiles back at me. And she does. All this time of avoiding her I just stand there goofily smiling back at her. I need to remember she is just 21 and I am 29. A huge age gap, but I can't think clearly when she is this close to me. I am glad when dad comes up and says hello to Kate and I and starts getting me to converse with him and Kate. Then mom comes up with  Christian and Anastasia, I think it is Anastasia and it is. I finally start to relax and enjoy talking to Kate. She is an employee at her fathers newspaper and is working her way up. Ethan is a child psychologist. More than I ever wanted to know about him, he definitely didn't act like one when he hit on the young woman in Aspen. Christian and I found twins of all things and went our separate ways with each of us having a one night stand. Christian go a clean get away while Ethan and I didn't. His driver picked him up and they had breakfast until we called for him to pick us up. It was a huge mess for Ethan and I, but Ethan it was far worse. We had to drive the girl home and barely got away from her dad and brothers. Her mother finally called off the dogs and Taylor took his shot and blew snow off the road as he gunned it out of there.
Kate
Elliott and I were finally talking and having fun with each other and he showed me all the photos of him and his nephews. The twin boys were Carol Duncan's adopted sons and as such they were uncle's to the Grey triplets. People assume they are cousins because they are so young. But they are cousins to Andrea by being adopted by her aunt. Someone got the story wrong and I finally asked Andrea and she said as long as I don't print it she will explain the story as she knows it from Howard himself.
Elliott
I decide to ask Kate out on a date and she agree to go out with me. I am pretty happy about it. I decide to drive her home myself.
Christian
Anastasia was as mad at me as predicted and I just tell her I had to be sure my family was safe. She opens her purse and says she has a carry and conceal license for the gun in her purse and Carrie's it at all times. So they were always safe around her. I still want to know how I didn't know that about either of the twins. Both were sniper level shots and trained in self defense and that was how they escaped the Rodriguez twins. They weren't old enough to get their carry conceal license.
Anastasia
I glare at his stupid grinning face as he tries to explain his motives to me. He could have easily asked me, but no he didn't trust me at all, me or Augie. We never gave him a reason to think about us doing this because we really liked Daniel and saw a lot of potential in him and then Andrea. They proved themselves every day of being much better than we hoped they would be and then some. I stare at him and finally just walk away and he follows me trying to make amends to me about all he did and the underhanded way he did all of it. He did show me something though that changed my mind about him being too protective. Someone was in the shop and was stopped before they could kidnap a very pregnant Andrea. He said it was something he was afraid might happen, so he had bodyguards come in as staff members for the daycare. I missed that though. I wasn't there when it went down and it was so subtle no one else caught it.
Christian
I ask her to dinner to tell her what else happened that we nipped in the bud and she looks about to burst. She finally agrees to dinner at my home so I can show her everything I have. I want her to know that we are going to step up the security around all my family in the next week.
