you're a senior in a highschool, struggling like any other student would with the amount of works that is being given everyday that is always needed to be sent in by the end of the week.

it has only been 3 months of school, but everything is already so hard for you. waking up at 5am everyday, going home at 6pm, doing your homeworks after dinner and finally being able to sleep at 12am.

but that wasn't really the problem here, the bigger problem is the girl you're made to sit next to, karina. the both of you would argue over small things, like very very small.

you remember that one time you both had an argument about the dusts that was formed from your eraser. a small thing like that could easily make you guys argue like theres no tomorrow.

there was also a time where karina would be very petty at how you were making so much noise while you were taking your pencil out of your pencil case. you swore that time you could've just flick her forehead real hard out of anger but luckily enough winter and giselle who were sitting behind the both of you was fast to take the both of you guys' anger towards each other away by asking questions about the homeworks.

you didn't hate her but you didn't like her either, her presence herself makes you roll your eyes from time to time.

today your class were told to do whatever you guys want for the whole day, but you need to be seated in your seat and you cant change seat with other people just so you could sit next to your friends.

"great" you mumbled under your breath and rolled your eyes at the fact that you need to be next to karina the whole day. though she's not next to you right now you could feel the stress already. you took your earphones, ipad and your textbook out.

you start to do the works that is needed to be sent tomorrow, you wore your earphone, took your apple pencil out of it's pastel casing and start flipping through your textbook.

the tip of your apple pencil made contact with your ipad, the feeling of the paperlike screen protector was oddly satisfying to you as it felt like you're writing on a book.

as you continued doing your work, you could feel a presence next to you. turning to your left you could see karina staring at your notes, and then your eyes. it didn't look like she had something to complain nor does she look happy. she was expressionless.

you looked back at her with an eyebrow raised, but she didn't react nor did her facial expressions changed. you rolled your eyes and went back to writing your notes but you felt uncomfortable at how you're being stared at right now.

"if you have shits to say just say it" you said, as your left hand flip through the textbook. she didnt answer and is still looking at you.

"for god's sake jimin what do you want?" you put your pen down and look at her in annoyance. just then the corner of her lips raised.

"aw why? are you bothered by it?" she put her left elbow on the desk and rest her chin on her hand, cooing at you mischievously.

giselle have been looking at the both of you since the start and she didn't like how this is going and it's like she could picture another big argument coming from the both of you.

she elbowed winter who was busy doing paper planes to throw to ningning who was sitting across the classroom.

"what?!" winter whispered and immediately look at the both of you when she saw giselle pointing at you. winter was quick to react and she immediately push one of her pencil off the table as it rolls next to your chair.

"hey can you take that for mee" winter poked you with her ruler and pointed to her pencil that fell. you bent down to take it and turned around handing her her pencil.
