Cash smirked as he raised a bone brow. Ok, now he was interested, though there was something missing with that deal. "Add a date as well, and I'll spill the beans for ya kitten~" he chuckled, lifting Suzy's chin up with a hooked finger.

Suzy cringed, not really wanting to go on a date with a narcissistic skeleton that probably wanted more than just a "date" but... it was for her friends, and Stretch warned her about Cash's capabilities. For now she would play his games.

Suzy huffed pushing his hand away from her, "Fine, I'll go on a date with you. But you better tell the truth or the deal is off." She warned. Cash smiled as he pulled up a chair and one for Suzy too. She sat next to him watching his every move he clicked his fingers at Diesel.

"Diesel, get us some drinks will ya?"

Diesel grumbled "Is beer okay?" He asked coldly. You frowned but nodded not wanting to talk to him. Mae smiled up at him and nodded as well "That's fine, thanks."

Diesel grinned down at Cheshire who was still in his cat form. "And would the kitty cat like some milky? Heh heh" Suddenly a sharp end of a scythe landed inches away from his face. Diesel quickly stood up, straight eye lights dimmed a little from shock. Now that Cash's magic died down, Cheshire and Reap could turn back to their reaper forms.

Cheshire grinned "Milk sounds lovely, thanks bud.." he said in a low voice. Diesel quickly teleported to get the drinks. "Start from the beginning. The first fight." you commanded, getting comfy next to Reap.

Cash nodded. "Very well..." he started, leaning back on his chair. "Before I knew about AU's and multiverse jumping, I spent most of my days slacking off; annoying my brother as ya do. Though I didn't know if Ego was from my AU or not. She was... a rare monster; stuck out like a sore thumb. She was very interested in the adult human in my world..." As Cash was telling his story Diesel came back with the drinks, placing them on the bar.

Mae mumbled a "Thank you" as she grabbed her drink. Diesel crossed his arms as he watched her carefully, though he could feel Cheshire's pitch black eye sockets on him. Damn reaper... he slowly looked away listening to Cash's story.

"Her name was Vicky... Such a strong girl..." Cash mumbled he then looked over to Suzy. "You have the same hair color as her, though she had black streaks instead of blue." He grinned. Suzy frowned thinking he was just teasing her but she then noticed the sadness in his eye light.

Even if he was grinning, Cash was hiding it. It seemed he used to care for a human once, then. "Anyway long story short I found out what Ego was up to..."

"What was it?" You asked as you took a sip of your beer. Cash sighed, preparing himself to remember why he left his world in the first place... "She ate the human's soul..."

You coughed in shock as your drink went down the wrong way. "What?!" You stuttered, not believing what your ears just heard. Cheshire's grip on his scythe tightened. He had a bad feeling that this tale was true.

Cash raised a bone brow "Oh, so she's not after souls anymore. She succeeded then." He said lowly baring his teeth.

"What do you mean succeeded?" Suzy asked.

"As I said before she was a rare monster. To lay eyes on a praying mantis monster with such beauty but can be deadly. She killed Vicky, and...and took her soul" Cash mumbled, pausing in between the last sentence, as he looked down not wanting to remember.

You were horrified. You knew she had this insect habit in your night terrors and when you fought her on Buc's ship with the cockroaches and bug noises. It never passed your mind that she was an actual insect! She didn't even look like a mantis at all when you saw her face. She looked...human like.
