Raven and Rookie hopped off the bar of the balcony. "I DO APOLOGIZE FOR MY BROTHER INTRUDING! HE DOES HAVE MANNERS, I PROMISE!" Rookie said as he glared at Raven.

Mae smiled, "It's fine really, he just gave us a shock on... er, well, on how... tall you guys are." Mae said blushing a little. It wasn't just their height that surprised the both of you, but also because of the big wings.

Raven smirked, raising a bone brow. "Oh, into tall guys, hey beauty?~" Mae's face went completely red from the sudden nickname. Oh boy, another flirt.

"AHEM, anyway....did Alphys send you here?" You asked as Mae recovered from her blushing.

Raven and Rookie looked at each other then back to you. "ALPHYS? NO, SHE DIDN'T SEND US HERE!"

"Then who told you two about us?" You frowned in concern.

Raven chuckled, "Pffftt, don't worry. Tiana told us all about you, and she thought you girls needed some skeletons with wings to help out. Heh heh, besides we owe her a favour."

"WELL... TWO NOW... AS SHE SAID YOU COULD LEND US A PLACE TO STAY IN YOUR HOME?" Rookie said shyly.

Mae giggled, "I'm sure I can find a place for you two, no problem."

You were curious why Raven and Rookie didn't come sooner if they needed a place to stay. "So.. why didn't you come sooner? The skeletons we live with have been with us almost a year now." You asked Raven in curiosity.

"Oh, we did come to your world the same time as the others. Heh, we just like to explore new places before we settle down."

Wow, they traveled for the year. How cool. "Well me and Y/N will be happy to show you round" Mae grinned as she picked up her empty mug.

"Y/N? OH WHAT A PRETTY NAME YOU HAVE." You blinked a few times at Rookie's compliment.

"Oh err thank you, heh." You blushed. Man, Rookie was so kind and sweet you were starting to adore him like you did when you first met Dream.

"Come on in you two, welcome to my mansion." Mae said proudly as you followed her back in. Raven and Rookie trailed behind you guys, having to tuck their wings in to get through the balcony door.

"Do you think the others will be ok about this?" You mumbled to Mae.

"Of course they will. Besides, I'm still the boss of this house." Mae mumbled back, nudging you playfully.

You giggled, "Hehe, right you are."

Mae stopped in the middle of the landing, grabbing the hooked pole to open the attic. "You're gonna put them in the attic?" You asked.

Mae just chuckled. "It's not a filthy attic, if that's what you're thinking of. Y/N... what do you take me for? I wouldn't let them stay in a dust covered attic, never." She smirked as she opened the loft hatch and pulled down the ladder.

To be honest you've never seen Mae's attic so you were a little excited to see what it was like. "We don't mind an attic room. As long as there is a window, it's all good." Raven reassured.

"Good to hear, cause you're gonna love this!" Mae said all giddy as she walked up the ladder you and the bird brothers followed behind. "Welcome to your new room boys!" Mae said as she flicked the light on. You awed in amazement. An attic bedroom, wow!

To be honest you thought it would be some kind of den. "Wow Mae. All this time, the biggest room was the attic, heh."

Mae shrugged, "This used to be my mother's room when I was a child. She turned the attic into a room all by herself. Of course, I helped with the painting, hehe." Mae smiled to herself, remembering the childhood moment.
