"Me? Why am I taking the hunters exam?" I questioned the twins. The two nodded at me and I Began to speak again, "uh, my dad's an asshole and I hate school so, I guess you could say I ran away and accidentally ended up here?" I said, questioning my own words. That's what happened right? "You guys are gonna have to remember that stuff for me because I have a horrible memory." I told them before turning towards the window to look at the scenery. From what I can tell we were just exiting York New and would soon be passing by the dump that people called 'meteor city'. Not long after, I fell asleep and when Ryo shook me awake, we were in Zaban city.

      "Alright bitches, let's hit the road!" I cheered when I stepped out of the bus. "Hey you guys," Yusha called out to us before we walked to far into the city. "Maybe I'll see you around some time. And, y/n, take care cause you're my favorite!" She yelled at us before speeding off to who knows where. "Thanks Yusha, and I'll try" I whispered to myself. To be honest though, I don't know if I'll even survive the hunters exam. I'm just and average kid, and to be truthful, that's all I'll probably ever be. The only thing that's special about me is that I can pretty much breathe underwater. I'm not sure how it works but I just can. I told some people at school once and they called me fish girl. It was the stupidest name ever. I even laughed at it when I got home! I'm dumb but not that dumb. But, that's the thing about most people, they don't like things that are different. If something isn't normal to them, they crush it.

       My head was down the whole time and I didn't even notice that the twins had stopped. "Oh shit...... did- did I say that out loud?" I questioned when I looked up at their wide eyes. "Y-yeah, you did" Reiki said. "Oh well, forget about it!" I smiled up at them trying to hide my mistake. I don't think they noticed that my smile was fake but they looked a little concerned. "Let's get something to eat! I'm starving!" I yelled before running up ahead to the first restaurant I could find. It was a small building but it stood next to a lot of taller ones. I walked into the restaurant, the twins close behind me. "What can I get for you three?" The chef asked us. "Uhh, could we get three steak combo's, that will make us see the light?" I asked him. "And how would you like that cooked?" He questioned again. "Oh, um grilled on a low flame." I answered his questions and he pointed us in the direction of what he called 'the back room'. "I can't wait for that steak combo!" I sighed, sitting down on one of the chairs.

      The room suddenly started to move. "What the hell?!" I screeched while jumping up onto the table. Reiki's next words calmed me down a bit though. "It seems that the room is actually an elevator." I settle down a bit but stayed on the table. "Wait! Does that mean we don't get any food?!" Me and Ryo screamed at the same time. Reiki just sighed " you two are more like twins than Ryo and I." Reiki had just finished his sentence when the elevator stopped. The doors popped open and we stepped out into what looked like a large tunnel with only five people in it. A small green bean looking thing walked over to us. "Hello welcome to the hunters exam! Here's your badges. Please keep them on at all time." The bean handed us each a badge and we clipped it onto our chests before the bean walked away. "Did- did you just guess your way into the hunters exam?" Ryo sweat dropped. "No, I knew what I was doing the whole time- of course I fucking guessed!" I shouted at Ryo, everyone in the room looked at me with wide eyes. "Mind your own bullshit!" I yelled at all of them before turning back to the twins.

      "So, I'm Number 6, eh, I can work with it. My lucky number is 69 though" I chuckled at my own words while the two boys just snickered. "So what should we do now?" Ryo asked and I think I have the solution. "I have uno in my backpack!" I yelled, pulling the strap off my shoulder. "Hey, does anyone in this tunnel want to play uno with us?! I screamed to everyone in the tunnel and to my surprise all of them came and sat in a circle with us. I did happen to notice that I was the only girl but it was ok. I started to deal the cards while speaking. "So, we're placing bets. It's pretty simple. Say I think that I'll win, I would place however much money as the starting bet and if I'm right at the end, I win the money, get it?" I explained. All the players nodded and I placed down five bucks. "I bet that I'll win!" I said and soon everyone had bet five dollars on themselves.

      We had been playing uno for about seven hours and I had remained undefeated. By this time there was about 400 it so people in the tunnel. I won one more time before I stood up to stretch. I had won about twenty bucks from each player and I was finished playing. "Albright boys, let's pack it up, I'm sure that we'll be starting soon." I told the players and the twins. "Hey boys, I'm gonna go scope out the people ok?" I told Ryo and Reiki before running off into the crowd. "Oh, shit! I just remembered what my shoes can do!" I whispered to myself before clicking a button on the sides of them, roller skates popped out of the bottom of them and I started to skate. I wasn't paying attention and I ran straight into someone. "Hey watch where your getting run into!" I yelled at them. I just looked at them and it was a chubby man in a blue jumpsuit.

"Hi, my names Tonpa, I can tell your knew here. This is my 35th attempt!" He smiled at me and held out an orange can of soda. "Here, as a toast to our friendship!" He spoke happily. "Ahh, pedo!" I screeched at him before skating away, I wasn't paying attention again and ran into someone else. "My, what are you running from, little fruit?" This man looked like a clown and acted like a pedo too. "Ahh, pedi clown! Where the fuck are all the girls in this joint!" I screamed before skating away again. I was skating pretty fast but I was actually paying attention this time because I saw what looked like a girl with a young boy who looked like a green bean and an old man in a suit. "Finally! I found a girl!" I cheered, crashing into what I thought was the girl. "Uh, I'm sorry to bust your bubble miss, but I'm not a girl." The new found boy spoke. "Damn it! This is why I shouldn't have left Ryo and Reiki!" I cursed under my breath.

"Um, I'm sorry for mis-gendering you. I'm Y/n!" I smiled at him "you're perfectly fine Y/n, I'm Kurapika and this is Gon and Leorio." Kurapika spoke slowly. I looked at them before speaking again. "Will you guys be my friends? I only have two!" I smile at them and hold up two fingers, making a peace sing in the process. "Yeah, totally!" Gon grinned at me, and oh boy did that smile cheer me up. It was probably the most innocent thing I had ever seen in my life. "Thanks! I'll have to introduce you to Ryo and Reiki, my two best friends, later! Well, I gotta go, talk to you later!" I yelled that last part because I saw Tonpa watching us. I assumed I had interrupted their conversation. Something happens on my way back over to where I spotted the twins. One of the walls in the tunnel raised and a lanky man with no mouth and a mustache in his nose began to speak. I ignored him and skated over to Ryo and Reiki.

We began running and I was skating. "Hey did you guys se that dude's mustache?!" I shouted at the twins and they just looked a me funny. "Yes Y/n we saw his mustache. What about it?" Reiki asked me "I'm gonna go ask him if I can borrow it!" I yelled before skating to the front, right beside the man. "Hey what's your name? I'm Y/n!" I asked him and he glanced at me. "My name is Satoz. May I help you Y/n?" He asked me, turning to actually face me now. "Well, mister Satoz, I was wondering if I could borrow your mustache."
