Zato Cero a delinquent who attends Kouh Academy. He's admitting a strange energy which catches Rias' attention, however he's not so cooperative. He wants little to do with anyone and distances everyone that tries to get close to him, why?
Slowly opening his eyes Zato is met with a dark unfamiliar room. He quickly realizes he's no longer in his room. Zato looks around as his eyes adjust to the darkness and once they've adapted to the darkness surrounding him, Zato sees he's face to face with a boy seemingly his own age wearing a brown robe with a dark green rim, his one eye is black with a red iris while his other eye is yellow, there are stitches at the sides of his mouth, his hair from what can be seen from under his hood is messy and blonde. Jumping in surprising Zato hits his head against the wall behind him.

"Ow," Zato says as he tries to move one of his hands to his head but notices they're bound behind his back. By the feel, Zato can tell that his restraints are just rope, not magical rope or anything like that, just normal rope and before Zato could break free Shamir consumes the rope around bounding him. Toan tilts his head as Zato quickly dashes to the right and then directly past Toan who moves his head to follow Zato's movements, even twisting his head backward for when Zato is completely behind him. Seeing a door on the far side of the room Zato goes for it but a sudden impact hits him from his right, sending him flying into the wall at a high speed.
Bringing his foot down is a man with black hair, black eyes, and is wearing a black leather trenchcoat with a messy and undone suit underneath it. He has a black look on his face with his hands in his pockets as he looks at Zato who crashes to the floor from the man's kick.

"It would appear that you've finally regained consciousness," Raidou says seemingly bored. "I'm quite disappointed, to think you're the welp that defeated Kokabiel and you couldn't even sense my kick until it was too late," Raidou says as he looks toward Toan. "Leave us, I'll handle the stain until Mitsuki is ready for him." Toan simply nods and he runs to the door before quickly opening it and leaving to room while Zato gets to his knees breathing heavily while looking up at his attacker.
"Mitsuki, so this was the Cero Clan's goal. They sent me that invite hoping I'd come so that their job would be easier. Went they noticed I wasn't gonna show they must have grabbed me when I was vulnerable." Zato says to himself as he slowly gets back to his feet. "I was careless I didn't even try to sense anyone's presence," Zato says as he raises his fists.
"Oh, so you want to fight?" Raidou says as he takes his hands out of his pocket. "You're nowhere near my level, but if you want a fight I'll comply." Raidou states as Zato notices the man is holding a combat knife in his left hand.
Gulping a bead of sweat runs down his face as he looks at the man before him. "He's right, I don't even need to sense him to know just how much stronger than me he is." Saying this in his head Zato tries to think of a way out of this but before he could think of anything Raidou throws the knife at him and in response Zato swings his right arm, hitting the blade on its blunt side, sending it flying to his left. However, in those brief seconds, Raidou closed the gap between them. "Shit, he's fast," Zato says in his mind as he grits his teeth. Sending his fist toward Raidou he effortlessly dodges the attack and at the same time, he grabs the arm that Zato sent at him by the wrist and twists it. Then with a flat palm strike, he hits Zato's elbow and a cracking noise fills the room quickly followed by a scream of pain from Zato. Then Raidou slams his foot into Zato's right knee causing another cracking noise to fill the room, but before Zato could make a sound Raidou pulls him close before using his right hand to grab Zato by his chin and" Violently slamming Zato's head into the wall.
