Demonic Introduction

Zato and Asia sit a top the roof waiting for their next class to start. Zato had already eaten his lunch and Asia is finishing hers.

"Did you have to give anything up, when you made the deal with those devils?" Asia asks while looking at Zato with a worried look. While eating she remembered all those stories she was told of devils making deals with humans in exchange for their soul.

"Give up anything?" Zato, ask while glancing over at Asia. "Leaning back and laying down, Zato responses. "Only thing I gave up was a shit load of free time?" Zato says annoyed just thinking about all the me-time he had given up. Although it's well worse it for the long run." Zato says with a smile.

"Hello there Zato, Asia. I was told to get you." Kiba says as he opens the door and walks onto the roof. Zato sighs before standing up and stretching his back.

"Ok the wedding came quick, whoever Rias is marrying sure doesn't waste time, but I'm not complaining the sooner this is over the better I don't have to deal with all your supernatural bullshit," Zato says as he jumps to his feet and stretches his back

"Sorry, but this has nothing to do with the wedding between Riser and Rias," Kiba responds as Zato looks at him.

"Then the fuck she want me for?" Zato asks a bit annoyed.

"Rias wants to introduce both you and Asia to some very important aspects of being in a peerage and being a devil," Kiba explains.

"Kiba did Rias get hit on the head recently? Because I'm neither a devil or permanent member of her peerage." Zato says as he sits back down.

"While that's true for you Asia both a devil and member of Rias' peerage, so she should come with me," Kiba says in his calm tone

"Yeah, no. She's not going anywhere and if you or Rias have a problem with that, you can take it up with me." Zato says with a smirk, almost taunting Kiba.

"I'll talk to Rias," Kiba says before walking off. Once off the roof, Zato goes back to relaxing while Asia looks nervous. Her gaze shifts to Zato before she asks him a question.

"Are you sure about that Zato?" Asia asks while Zato glances at her. 

"What do ya mean?" Zato asks while opening his eyes just a smidge

"That Kiba guy said that he wants to show me important aspects of being a devil," Asia explains

"And your point about that, I already told him that you're not going and if they have a problem to take it up with me," Zato explains nonchalantly

"I know but, what if one day.....you're not around?" Asia asks as Zato feels a deep sorrow in his heart.

"What will you do?"

Zato sits up and looks down at the ground

"You won't be around forever, especially not if you intend to go after him at some point."

Zato sighs as he looks at Asia and stands. "well, when you put it like that, guess we gotta go." Zato says with a sigh as he cracks his back.

In the ORC Rias sits at her desk with her face looking at Kiba. "So Zato refused to come and also refused to let Asia come too," Rias says as Kiba nods. "I'm not surprised Zato already didn't trust me when he came to ask for our help. Plus he seems that way with almost everyone." Rias says with a sigh

"Should we postpone the subjugation of the stray devil?" Akeno asks. "We could ask again tomorrow," Akeno suggest

Rias shifts her gaze to Akeno. "I don't know if we should. I really don't want to pester him." Rias tells her queen. Out of nowhere the door to the ORC opens and in walks Zato and Asia.
