"A deal?" Rias asks. She's surprised, after what Zato said about not wanting to join her peerage she assumed they would never speak again, but now he's here. RIght in front of her asking to make a deal with her.

"Yeah, a deal. What do you say." Zato replies as he looks into Rias' eyes.

"It all depends on what the deal is," Rias tells the Demon of Kouh

"Before that tell me something, why did you truly want me to join p-p, um, whatever the fuck you call your group," Zato says

"What are you talking, The reason was that I wanted to protect you and you have incredible potential," Rias explains as Zato only shakes his head in a disapproving manner.

"Rias, Rias, Rias, I'm a master at detecting bullshit and that right there is bullshit. There's another reason. While I can sense the first two reasons are part of it there's a third reason you aren't telling me. So spill it or else I walk." Zato tells Rias as the devil grits her teeth before sighing. 

"Alright, here's the truth, I have to marry someone I don't love due to politics in the underworld. The only way out of this arranged marriage is a raiding game. Those are battle where each king brings their group and the two group battle until one of the two kings submits or is defeated." Rias explains as Zato nods

"So let me guess you and your group are outnumbered?" Zato asks

"Yes, our opponent has a full set while I don't even have half, that's part of the reason why I tried to recruit you," Rias tells Zato

"Alright, what if I told you, that if you help me rescue my friend, alive. I'll temporarily join your peerage, but with a few conditions." Zato tells the king before him

"I'd say what are these conditions," Rias replies now crossing her arms

"They're quite simple really. One, I don't have to do anything you say while I'm a part of your peerage, I remain a human, you can't track me with these pieces, and I can let myself out of your peerage whenever I feel like it." Zato says while holding up four fingers, one for each reason.

"Those are some extreme requests," Rias says as she retreats into her mind to think this through further. "Sure his requests are extreme, but I really do need all the help I can get. Riser has me outnumbered eight to four, and while Zato would bring us one up to five I can feel an extreme power dwelling within him that might allow us to pull out a win. However, I don't know if all his conditions can be met. If we succeed in rescuing his friend I speak to my brother and see if it's possible." Rias says in her mind

"Do we have a deal Rias?" Zato, ask while extending his hand. "You help me get my friend back alive and I'll temporarily join your peerage on the conditions that I remain human, don't have to do what you said, you can't track me, and I can leave this team whenever I want," Zato says the terms to the king as he smirks.

"I agree. Now tell us who exactly we'll be fighting while I call everyone here." Rias says as she moves into the club room.

(Scene change, abandoned church in the woods)

"So there are four fallen angels and one priest?" Kiba asks as he, Koneko, and Zato walk toward the abandoned church

"Yup, I could sense three fallen angels hanging in the woods behind, so I sent Rias and Akeno to deal with them, while we handle whatever is in here," Zato says while he walks in front of the door.

"So do you want to?" Koneko was going to ask if they wanted to use stealth but Zato kicks the door right off its hinges, sending them flying into the darkness of the church. Zato walks in and looks back at the two devils.
