While shanking, sweating and crying i take another pill. The pain just won't go away. I sniff another line of coke. I feel like someone is choking me but i don't care, the pain just needs to go away...

[Nate]

I'm driving faster than i ever have. Chloe called me in panic saying something is wrong with Skylar. When i arrive at the house i run to the front door. Chloe opens the door with red eyes from crying. "Where is she?" I ask her. "Upstairs." I run upstairs as fast as i can, i hear Skylar chocking and crying.

I storm into the room and it's the most painful thing i have ever seen; she's lying on the ground shaking and sweating. She's laying in her own puke and is choking. "Skylar!" I shout. She doesn't look up but i can see that she tries not to shut her eyes. "Skylar stay with me everything will be fine i promise."

I pick her up and walk to my car. "Come with me. Please." I ask Chloe. She takes a seat in my car and i put Skylar in the backseat.

I drive even faster than before and when we finally arrive i take Skylar out of my car. "Chloe go inside and ask for help!" She's shaking and crying but she's trying to stay strong for her bestfriend. "O-okay." She runs inside.

<Chloe>

"HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE!" I scream. A nurse comes running towards me. "My friend s-she overdosed." I cry out. Nate comes running inside with Skylar in his hands.

"Get her in a room." The nurse tells another nurse. "I need to talk to you." She tells me. "Okay." She takes my hand and leads me to a small room. "You can take a seat." I take a seat while still shaking and praying that she will be alright.

"What happened?" The nurse asks. "I uhm heard her puking and when i came inside she was laying on the ground. So i called the guy that's aith me and he brought her here." I explain and she nod's. "We're going to do everything to save her." I nod my head and stand up.

I hope they can save her. I feel so fucking guilty. I could've taken her to the hospital earlier but i was to scared to crash because i'm shaking so much so instead i called Nate.

When i walk into the hallway Nate is walking back and forth. "What are they doing?" I ask while pointing to the room where my bestfriend is laying. "She needs surgery. She took way to fucking much. They don't know if she's going to make it."

"Noo!" I cry out. "No no no she has to make it she cant leave. She's too young!" I start crying harder. Everything hurts. Nate walks to me and take's my head. "Look at me Chloe. She will be alright. She's the strongest person i know." She really is the strongest person. But she's also fine with dying and that's what scares me. "Okay." I nod my head.

Nate let's go and takes a seat. "Do you love her?" I ask him. He looks at me confused. "Love her? No i don't she's just my... friend?" I think Nate does love her, as a friend. I haven't known him for a long time but i know him good enough to know he wouldn't do this for everyone. I know it sounds bad but it's just not how he is, Nate doesn't care about people. But he does care about Skylar.

{Skylar}

I can hear people call my name but i'm not awake. The only reason i'm fighting is for Chloe, i can't leave her. I need to stay strong. I want Nate to comfort me and tell me everything will be alright just like he did yesterday. We might not be good friends but he's here for me and i appreciate that.

I think about everything and all of the sudden everything goes black.

But she's strong!!!! Plus this book isn't ready yet so she needs to wake up.
