It had been over a week since Mark made his possessed re-appearance and Yn made a group of young ladies dances to his epic riffs.
In that time, Lola successfully created the object Rebecca asked Marry to bring her.
(Slam)
Entering the RV, Lola found the Sinful hunters, along with Vanny and Patrisha who were forced to stay near them.
Marry: Couldn't have knocked?
Lola: I've done it.
She holds up a small pill.
Lola: The process was more complex than I had originally thought.
Lola: It turns out the ingredients for this particular recipe were highly reactive to each other.
Marry: How reactive?
Lola: There's a warehouse that was destroyed by my first batch.
Suzy: Jeez...
Yn: What is that?
Vanny slithers up to Lola, sniffing it from a few inches away.
Vanny:(sniff, sniff)
Vanny:...
(PLOP)
Falling to her side, Vanny becomes motionless.
Patrisha: You kill it!
Lola: It's just a sedative. It'll recover after a while.
Yn:(picks up Vanny)
Yn: Are you sure?
Lola: It would disintegrate if it died.
Taking the pill, Marry pockets it.
Lola: With that taken care of, I can aid you in deciphering the Belts schematics to learn how it truly works.
Marry: I've made some progress on my own...
As they began speaking in terminology that everyone else didn't recognize, Suzy changed the topic to something else while the Demon Hunters were distracted.
Suzy: So the school dance is coming up soon. Are you going?
Yn: M-Me? What about you?
Suzy: I don't think I'll be welcomed because of a certain SOMEONE!
Patrisha: I told the truth! What's was wrong with that?
Suzy:(rolls eyes)
Yn: Uhmmm... I-I think you should come. We could all go together and dance, right...?
Patrisha:... I'm not joining your harem.
Yn: What's a harem?
Patrisha:... Well!
(Opening theme)
Yn: Zzzzzzzz...
Vanny: Zzzzz...
Snuggling in each other's arms, Vanny and Yn peacefully slept on the couch while Marry and Lola meticulously observed every aspect of the design of the Sin belt, to figure out why it worked the way it did.
Marry: This would go a lot faster if we had another belt to compared to...
Marry: But sadly we'd have to pay a fortune to get one. Wish someone could just post a picture of it...
