Ciggy

I'm 17 years old. I'm just few months away from being adult. I had a bucketlist kinda thing. In which I wanted to try cigarettes and alcohol before I turn 18. So, I tried cigarettes.

Because it's affordable. Hehe. Anyways, so it was cool. People usually find it addicting at first try. Which wasn't for me. I tried. I was okay. Done.

I do crave it once in a while. But that's all. N I'm writing this to share how it feels to have a cancer stick between your lips. Filling your lungs with that toxic smoke. Yet, feeling as if in heaven.

So, basically. I think healing naturally is better than having a cancer stick between your lips. But, that's for people who are addicted to it. People who are not is okay. Once you have the cancer stick between your lips, you feel blissful. It's not some logic or anything. You just feel lightheaded. Not literally though. You forget everything except the thing in your hand. You think. You think about you life, your choices, your regrets, your heartbreaks, etc.

Having a puff of ciggy doesn't always means harm. Especially if you're doing twice a year. I'm not justifying anything or explaining why it IS necessary. I'm tryna tell you that everyone has different coping mechanisms. Some people's might be smoking or drinking, or for some it might be closing themselves off. It can be anything.

You can't just go to that person and be like: don't smoke from now on. I'm disappointed in you. So fucking don't. They're not gonna listen. They'll feel bad but at the end they'll feel...betrayed in a way. They know you care for them but you gotta accept that part of them too. You can't choose which part to care for. Even the flaws makes them: them. So if you can't care and love that part of them then atleast don't say a word about it.

Like as I said before if it's one packet on daily basis then yell at them and do whatever you want but if the intake is literally 2 ciggy a year. You should let them. Because we literally intake so much of co2 but then it's not harmful for lungs?

And if you have any friends who are ready to leave it. Help them. Talk to them. Understand them. Show them your genuine care and love. And maybe you'll find a new flower blooming.

Hope you understand my point if view?

That's all for now. Bye
