It was a little after two in the morning when I heard the garage open, they must be back so soon. I had made myself comfy on the sofa as I was still reading the books William asked me to. The first book I had started with was 'encyclopedia of Vampires'. It talked about every famous vampire in the history of vampires and what they were famous for.
I found Ambrosia in the beginning of the book. He's a five hundred year old vampire that has been trying to take over every vampire clan in the whole world. Thankfully enough he was only able to take over just the east coast of the United States. As I thought about this, I didn't know if the prophesy meant I had to take over his people or the whole world, that's something I'll have to ask William.
Thinking about him, he was also in the book. He is known as being the richest vampire with over one hundred million dollars. When I read that I didn't believe it. This house of his is probably only worth about two hundred thousand maybe, plus I never have seen him work. He's never even mentioned work before. Just then my thoughts got interrupted as William and Cassius entered the room.
"Have you learned anything yet from reading the books,"William asked sitting next to me on the couch while Cassius sat down across us in the chair.
"I have, I leaned quite a bit," I told him. "How did the spying go," I asked.
"Well," Cassius began, "we learned your father does have some part in all this," that means my father lied about his death, what about my mother is she still alive too? . "I just have to do some research to figure out exactly who or what he really is."
"Ambrosia also told his clan to start preparing. If you do not show up in two weeks, they are going to start looking for you," William added. "That just means we have to prepare for the attack." This was a lot to take in. Finding out my father is somehow alive and still trying to process the fact that I have to be the one to kill a five hundred year old vampire.
"Alright," I sighed. "How do we start preparing," I asked becoming a bit overwhelmed.
"I am going to start by figuring out who your father is," Cassius said standing up. "William, make sure you tell her everything she has to do, without getting distracted please." William nodded and Cassius left the room. I looked at William who had a small smile on his face.
"How would you be getting distracted," I asked him.
"Well, with how beautiful you are, it is very easy to get distracted," he said kindly.
"You're too sweet," I said smiling. "Now, where do we begin," I asked.
"Okay; first, starting tomorrow, I want you to feed everyday. You may come along with me if you would like until you become comfortable to do it on your own," William said. "That will help strengthen you. Second, once we have done that, I will train you. You will know the right moves to hit, kick, block, and kill."
"Okay," I said slowly. "And we need to do this everyday for the next two weeks?"
"Indeed, it is the easiest way to learn," he said, "I also have to give my old friends a call and make sure they are willing to help, the more bodies the easier the fight."
"Alright, so we are starting tomorrow?" I asked.
"Indeed, as soon as you are ready i will be in the kitchen waiting," he said standing up. "I am going to make some phone calls. If you happen to need anything I will be in my office just down the hall." I nodded as he left the room. I got back to business with reading so if William or Cassius happens to try quizzing me, I'll be prepared.

Williams Point. Of. ViewI get in my office and shut the door behind me. I looked around the small room. All that was in here was my dark oak desk, comfortable cushioned chair, my computer, a land line phone, and in opposite corner of the room was the prophesy book sitting on the book stand. I have read the book more times than I can remember, all while trying not to read it too long at a time. If you did, you would become insane and be someone you were not till the effects wore off.
I sat down in my chair and looked at the picture still sitting on my desk of Abigail. The girl that I was just trying to help. The girl I cannot seem to get out of my head. What Cassius had said earlier, me falling for her; he might possibly be true. She has been the only person to make me feel like this since I have become a vampire. There is just something about her that makes me feel like she is the angel that I need.
I tried to focus myself, I picked up the phone and dialed a number I had memorized long ago. The phone only rang three times and the person on the other end picked up.
"Hello? William? Is everything alright?" My good friend Tina asked quickly. I have known Tina as long as I have known Cassius, we were all part of ambrosia's clan; us and our other few friends.
"Everything will be fine, I need your help," I told her. I explained the situation to her and she did not need any bribing.
"I'll let the others know as soon as I can. When do you need us?" Tina asked in her concerned voice.
"Whenever you can, I have extra rooms you guys may stay in if you would like to come sooner." I told her.
"Thank you, William. I will gather the others and we will be over within the next few days," she said hanging up the phone. I put the phone down and sat there in silence, processing the events that will take place throughout the week. Moments later I heard a quiet knock on my office door.
"Please come in," I said loud enough for the person to hear. The door slowly opened and Abigail came in, she closed the door behind her.
"Hi," she said shyly. "I don't mean to interrupt you."
"You have not interrupted anything," I told her giving her a reassuring smile.
"Alright, good," her mood seemed to change instantly to happy. The way she smiled made me warm inside, which said a lot for being a cold blooded vampire. She walked closer to my desk. "May I ask you something?"
"Of course," I smiled at her and she smiled back. She was so beautiful, it was definitely easy to get distracted when I was around her.
"What is going to happen after I kill ambrosia? Aren't I supposed to rule the vampire nation? And if so, is it just the people that ambrosia rules or it is going to be everyone?" She asked curiously.
"Well, it may seem as though it would be just ambrosia's people, but I am afraid that you will be ruling everyone." I told her. I stood up and went to the prophesy book; I opened it and flipped to the table of contents and went to the page that was about ruling. "It says here, 'the chosen one must defeat the biggest clan leader, ambrosia, which will prove her power amongst the rest. The chosen one will rule the entirety of the vampire nation.'"
I closed the book and looked over to her. "Okay, so it is everyone," she said looking hesitant. I walked over to her and caressed her cheek. She smiled at me.
"You have nothing to worry about, Abigail," I told her softly. "You are strong, you can handle anything that anyone throws at you."
"I just don't think I can do it alone," she said. "How am I supposed to rule thousands of vampires alone?" She asked with concern.
"Will we worry about that when the times comes," I looked over at the grandfather clock on the wall, it read about four fifty am. "I think it is almost time for bed." I told her. She nodded and turned around to head towards the door. "Abigail, wait." I told her. She turned around and looked at me with sad eyes.
I walked closer to her and placed a gentle kiss on her cheek and smiled at her. She smiled back and before I could say anything she leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on my lips. I pulled her in closer to me, deepening the kiss. She tasted sweet like honey. I let go of her after what seemed like minutes. We smiled at each other without saying anything. "Get some sleep, Abigail, and sleep well," I told her.
"Sleep well, William," she said trying to hide her smile. She slowly walked to the door and before leaving she gave me one final sweet smile and closed the door as she left.
