I woke up around the same time I did yesterday. I got up and did my morning routine. Today I wore jeans, a cute crop top shirt and a black jacket to go with it. Today I was supposed to go hunt with William and then we were supposed to train for the attack that is going to be happening in less than two short weeks.

I decided I was ready and started making my way downstairs to the kitchen. As I walked in William was sitting at the table reading another newspaper. His hair was combed back and still looked wet from the shower he must have a taken. He looked up at me and smiled as he set his newspaper down. "Good evening Abigail, how did you sleep," William said to me.

"Like the dead," I joked taking a seat next to him.

"You mean undead," he said with a little laugh. I laughed as well. "Are you ready to go," he asked standing up.

"As ready as I'll ever be," I said smiling and standing back up. He took my hand and I followed him out to the garage. He opened the passenger side of his truck and I got in. He went around and got in the drivers seat and started the engine.

"We are going to the same place as we did the other night, so it will be just like before," William said leaving the driveway.

"Alright," I said and the rest of the drive there was quite quiet.

As soon as we got to Sullivan street, we parked beside a building by the paper mill that was completely in the dark, and waited till we got our chance. Not much longer later two loud trucks pull up; one was a beat up dodge and the other was a lowered Toyota. The guy that stepped out of the dodge was a bigger, taller guy; the other guy in the Toyota was a little smaller than the other. They made they're exchange that I assumed to be a drug deal. The bigger guy got back into his truck and left while the other guy stood outside his truck counting money.

"We are going to do this a little differently today," William said to me. "I want you to walk up to the guy and flirt with him to distract him, while I come up after to knock him out." I nodded and quietly got out of the truck and started making my way over to the guy.

"Well hello there fine lady," the guy said as I approached him. "What's a gorgeous lady like you doing down here?"

"Oh, I'm just a little lost, I'm not from around here," I lied trying to sound a little flirtatious. "Would you mind helping a girl out with directions back into town?"

"Of course gorgeous," the guy said as William started coming up behind him. "You gotta head back up that way and keep going straight, you will come up to
The round about and towns not far from there." The guy said pointing behind me. Before he could say anymore William hit the pressure plate on the guys neck knocking him out. William caught the guy before he fell to the ground.

"You first," he insisted pointing to a spot on the guys neck. I hesitated a little at first but went closer to the guy. As soon as I bit the guys neck I felt my sharp canines pierce the guys skin. His blood poured into my mouth tasting sweet with a hint of iron. As I drank, my senses heightened, and everything become more clear. After about thirty seconds I let go of the man and William moved the guys head so he could get the other side of his neck.

Once he was done, he put the guy back in his truck and motioned me to follow him back to the truck. We got in and William started the engine. "Great job tonight," he told me as he started driving. "It was much easier having you distract the guy."

"Hey, what can I say. I guess it helps being pretty," I laughed.

"Pretty does not cover up your beauty, Abigail. You are beautiful beyond any angel," William said truthfully. I shyly smiled at him. He made me feel like I am actually worth something. I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time. He just has this effect on me that mesmerizes me, he makes me feel like an angel.

"You're too sweet," I said shyly feeling my cheeks get hot. He had his left hand on the steering wheel and he took my hand in his free one and intertwined our fingers.

"I am just being honest my dear Abigail," he said with a handsome grin. Not long later we arrived back at his house and he parked in the garage. He opened my door like he has been doing since I met him and we headed inside. I could faintly hear people talking in the living room; it didn't seem to worry William though. He took my hand in his and I followed him into the living room.

"William, it's a pleasure to see you again," a lady my height with a blond pixie cut said standing up and giving him a hug. I looked around the room at the rest of the people. Sitting down in the chairs there was Cassius and another man sitting next to him in the other chair. He was a bigger guy with huge muscles and a big long dark beard. On the sofa there was another lady that had long black hair, bright red lipstick and she just looked like she didn't wanna be here.

"Tina, how lovely of you to show up," William said way of greeting.

"Who is this beautiful young lady you have here," Tina asked William. I blushed a little.

"This is Abigail, the girl I told you about over the phone, the chosen one," William said and I could see the girl on the couch roll her eyes.

"The girl William is falling madly in love with," that girl said in a pissed off tone. "The one Cassius said he is so easily distracted by." Tina turned and glared at her.

"How lovely it is to see you as well Victoria," William said looking over to the girl sitting on the couch.

"Victoria, do not be so rude," Tina said. "We are here to help, not cause issues."

"If anyone can distract William, then there's the issue right there." Victoria said smugly.

"I will admit," William said. "Abigail here has distracted me some," he smiled at me and continued, "but that is not her fault. That is mine. Now please everyone sit so we can discuss the events that will take place throughout the next week and a half." Everyone sat down and William began with introducing me to the others. I leaned that the other mans name was Joshua.

"I still don't understand why we have to help," Victoria said smugly.

"I am not forcing any of you to help," William said to her. "You may leave if you would like; just understand if we cannot pull this off, no one knows what could happen to the vampire nation."

"Abigail will be your queen when this is over," Tina said giving me a quick smile. "The least we could do is help," she told Victoria who huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. William went on explaining everything we needed to do and train for.

"Cassius, have you found any information on Abigail's father," William asked him. Cassius looked over at me with a distorted look and looked back to William.

"Indeed, I have," Cassius looked back to me and continued, "Abigail, your father, known as Chernobog, is a demon. He is the god of darkness and evil, also known as the 'black god'. This being said, might make this whole fight extremely more difficult."
