-Evie's POV-

I felt tears roll down my cheeks as I looked through my family photo album. I had no choice but to erase me from my mother's and Amelia's memories. It's for their own protection. It's not safe anymore. Death Eaters are at large, which puts my beautiful family at risk. I erased their memories on Christmas day last year. It was a lovely last day with them, my brother-in-law Thomas and my now three year old nephew Damian. I visit them occasionally in my Animagus form. Although I'm no longer in their life, they are still a happy and a strong family. I managed to get my dream house last year too, after living in a small flat. I live in Lincolnshire. The only thing is, it's not with Sirius, which was my dream. Sirius was now one of the most wanted wizards in England. Insane. I know how he escaped the clutches of Azkaban, Remus told me. We still keep in touch. Harry and his friends rescued him, which makes me happy. They know the truth about Peter. I was increasingly becoming worried about Harry. He was a champion in the Tri-Wizard Tournament, absolutely ridiculous! He goes through enough already!  He was as brave as his parents. I wish me and Sirius could of had the chance to bring him up, I wish more than anything that Sirius and I were married. I still remember James and Lily's wedding very clearly.

"Are you sure that I look okay?" Lily asked me worryingly. I rolled my eyes and sighed with impatience. "You look absolutely beautiful Lily. James is a lucky man." I smiled. She beamed and hugged me tightly. I was her maid of honour and Sirius was his best man. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, they were so in love. They were only eighteen years old but it didn't matter. It might have been the only chance they had to marry each other safely. James eyes lit up whenever they caught Lily's throughout the whole day. It made me want to marry Sirius even more. "Hey trouble. You okay?" Sirius questioned as I drinking by myself during the small gathering at the reception. "Yes. Just thinking." I replied. Sirius kissed my cheek in an understanding way. "It'll be us one day, I promise." He admitted. I nodded. He brushed my hair out of the way before kissing my lips gently. "And that day will be the best day of our lives." He added. I grinned and wrapped my arms around him lovingly.

I wish we married when we had the chance. I really do. Ever since he escaped Azkaban, I've been imagining him everywhere. Each time I see a black dog, I keep thinking that he's found me, that he remembered my dream about living here, but it's always false and it ends up being a normal domesticated pet. He entered my dreams every night now, it just showed that every new day that came, I was missing him more and more each time. Every glimpse of hope I had was shattered into pieces. I started to play my piano to keep my mind off things, it never really worked but it always relaxed me. A little while later, my door knocked, expecting it to be Remus, I sighed to myself and waved my thoughts away and got up to answer it...
