Chapter 5: It All Ends Here pt 2

"We aren't doing anything, Thong!" I said trying to look innocent while Percy was trying to hide the Greek Fire behind my back.

"Then what is that one trying to hide behind your back." He replied raising an eyebrow.

I laughed, "oh that it's just...." I looked at one of the jars and thankfully it had a Jiff sign on it. "Our homemade peanut butter recipe!" Percy questionably raised an eyebrow at me and I gave him a look that said trust me. Realization showed across his face.

"Oh yeah our moms famous recipe!" He added rubbing his stomach. "You should try some!"

He thought about it for a second then finally said,"I guess it couldn't hurt...but why is it green?"

"Food coloring to make it one of a kind!" I said.

"So what do you say?" Percy said holding out the jar.

"Fine but if I get food poisoning your going to pay!"

"Oh yeah what are you going to do." I said smirking.

"No I mean you are actually going to pay. Like my medical bill."

"Okay...." He's so manly.

He dipped his finger in the 'peanut butter' and to our pleasure he stuck it in his mouth. That's when his eyes basically popped out of his head and he started to paint.

Percy and I started to laugh our heads off and then Thong was long gone. He exploded and the dust was everywhere. That only made us laugh harder.

Percy seemed to remember the plan. "We better get back to it."

I stopped laughing. "Okay."

We ran all over the warehouse dropping off all the Greek Fire in each corner. We were carrying the last one to the far right corner of the warehouse, and we didn't even run into any monsters other then Thong of course. This was easy maybe a little too easy. Oh no.

"Percy don't you think that this is easy. Maybe a little too easy?"

He seemed to get at what I was hinting at. "You don't think that they know."

The earth started to shake. I looked to Percy hoping that it was him. He shook his head.

'What exactly do you think your are doing?'
