Chapter 12: Caught

Annabeth ran right up an slapped Percy who immediately said,"Ow." In return. I stood up in shock and then almost fell back down because it felt like my legs were going to break.

That's when Jack marched over. I was worried what he was going to do but my worries melted away when he wrapped his arms around me. I blushed but hugged back.

I looked over at Percy and Annabeth to see them trying not to laugh. I scowled at them and mouthed 'your ruining the moment.' Percy just rolled his eyes.

We broke apart and he said,"Please don't ever leave me again."

"I'd never dream of it." I couldn't stand it anymore I grabbed his shirt and pulled him into a kiss.

Right when out lips connected everyone started cheering and clapping like they have been waiting for this ever since we have arrived(I get the feeling they have).

The Aphrodite girls were all spazzing out and squealing like a little girl who just got that pony she has always wanted.

I started to laugh and I felt my face getting red. It was the same case with Jack.

This was one of the best days of my life and it was about to get so much better.

After grabbing Kyle and telling Percy what I had planned I dragged Kyle over to the Artemis cabin. "Stay right here!" I told Kyle then gave Jack a look that said don't-let-him-leave. Both boys nodded.

I entered to find Abby already dressed sitting on her bunk watching the door like she was expecting me. "About time you got here." She said when she saw me. I knew it. "I was beginning to worry."

"Yeah yeah yeah no time to talk I have someone I want you to meet."

"Oka-" she started to say before I grabbed her wrist and practically pulled her out the door where Kyle and Jack stood.

Kyle's eyes immediately lit up when he saw us(mostly Abby). "It's you?"

"It's you?" She replied just as shocked.

I smirked. "I knew it! You were the girl who met Kyle before he knew he was a demigod-"

"Your a demigod?!" She interrupted.

He smiled sheepishly. "Son of Aphrodite."

"That explains it." She muttered. "Well I'm also part of the Greek world. I was a hunter of Artemis that was...banished because of a man I thought I loved..." She trailed off.

"That guys a jerk if he left you." Kyle said. These two were really hitting it off.

"Well I'll leave you guys to it." I said walking away but not until I whispered. "Kabby." As I walked by. They both gave me a quizzical look but continued on there way not questioning me.

Jack and I walked away hand in hand until we came upon a group of Aphrodite girls that yelled to me. "Hey Sam! Jam or Sack?" I didn't even want to know why they were up to so I said Jam cause that explained my personality more then Sack. They simultaneously squealed and ran away jabbering on and on about who knows what.

That day was simply perfect but all good things must come to an end and they all did when I saw someone in my dreams that night I most certainly never wanted to see again.
