Why?

She's pregnant dammit! Of course she can't dance. But that idiot brother of hers doesn't know that. Right?! Right. Also, it would be pretty difficult to tell her family like this over a single zoom call. I mean, even I have to tell my family about that news... I was thinking, maybe next week we could like a combined zoom meeting of both the families and tell them at once. But not now. It was to early. We could wait till she reached 4 weeks exact...

" Wait a minute," she was wasting time but going on another tab, I was sure but then, I don't know why but she opened her Gmail and after she opened her Gmail, she gasped.

" No ways,"
" What happened?" Her brother asked from the other line while she kept reading the mail and once she was done, she just closed the tab. Even I didn't know what was written in the mail!
" The story Prachi had deleted..." she caught my hand and pulled me towards her, making me come inside her frame too
" HE FOUND IT FOR ME!" sue shrieked in excitement and I could visibly see Pranav's eyes widen. Very honestly speaking, I do not like her brother one bit. He's irritating
" Seriously?!" Even her younger sister was looking at us with wide eyes
" Seriously! And after I changed a little, I sent a mail to penguin publications... They just responded!! And they want to go ahead with publishing it!" She shrieked once again and caught my tightly and all I could see was excitement all over her face. She looked so damn happy
" You aren't kidding me?"
" I'm not! I can share the screen and show you! I'm seriously getting to finally publish it all thanks to him!" And in front of her brother she kissed me on her cheek and proceeded with explaining how it all happened while I just remained happy for her. It was something that she had wanted to do for years and to be able to help her out in such a thing only made me feel better about her and our relationship.

" I'm getting my story published! Eek," she closed her eyes and began jumping on the bed like a small kid, making me chuckle after the video call had ended. Just two minutes ago, she wasn't even able to get up from the bed to wear clothes. I had to give her my hoodie and now, it seemed like she had all the energy in the world!
" Ok. Ok. Pari, calm down. You can fall down and get hurt," I had to stand up and hold her hand too just to make sure that she didn't fall face down and hurt herself or the baby and once I did that, she immediately ran up to me and hugged me as tightly as possible

" I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you! You know what! You and baby are my lucky charms! I'm always gonna keep you both near me!" All I could do now was chuckle lightly at her cuteness, kiss her on her forehead and force her to lay down on the bed even if she wasn't sleepy. She ended up sleeping 2 minutes after her head hit the pillow and I got to clean the mess that we made on the bed. But honestly speaking, she looked so happy even in her sleep. She was smiling and it looked like she was a literal angel at least in my eyes for that one night. No matter how big of a devil she is when she wakes up, I'm sure that she is an angel while she's sleeping...

The next day went well. Apparently, she had a meeting with the publishing company that day right before her class started so, she remained in her own room the entire day and although I didn't know what was happening in that room, I did hear her shriek and shout in the excitement in the middle... 

I brought in food and water to her but she stayed in that one place and talked business. She even wore a suit to the meeting! Yeah. She looked damn cute and by the time she was done, she ran to me and jumped into my arms.

" What?"
" I got it! They read the draft and apart from a few changes, they are really getting it published online first and I'm getting a score of 25 l as a starter for 6 months!!!" She shrieked in my ear. Now, I was in a meeting but I went off only to hug her back and kiss her. She was just so happy... I couldn't just keep her out and focus on my work. Plus, I was happier because her mood was good which was a good thing.

" My baby did it. Huh?" I kissed her and she giggled as she nodded her head with her eyes closed. I'll be honest, in all the 4 weeks that I had lived with her, I had never seen her that happy at all so when she asked if we could celebrate with a small party, order food, and dance, you could only guess what I said...
