" It's so crowded!" She whispered beside me as she pulled that stupid black hoodie over her head and took another step to somewhere else
" Where are we going? Hello?!" And I was just so lost. I mean, I haven't even been in that city, ever! I don't know the roads or where the grocery stores were present so, I was just following that girl but she had been going from one store to the next without waiting in line for any store!
" The secret go down,"
" I don't understand why we can't be like normal people and just stand in a line for some time,"
" What?! You want to stay outside for even a minute longer?!" Yeah. I was getting high "I'm a socially awkward introvert!" Vibes from her as I followed her but I honestly don't know how else she could be. I mean, that cartoon... She's a one of a kind.
" Yes. Yes I would like to stay longer-" but she didn't want to hear it. Instead, she grabbed my hand and began dragging me into some small corner which looked really sketchy. I didn't know why we were going that way at all.
" Shut up. I don't want to catch the virus and I definitely don't want to meet any normal coughing person at all. My life is too high of worth to be cut short," what else could I even do other than to smile when she said that? Nothing. So, all I did was smile behind my mask that I bet she didn't see but also, let her drag me into a shed.

" Oye! Kaha!?" A man stopped us. He looked hefty and muscular. Honestly speaking, he looked like a literal pro wrestler and that made me gulp in my place but that shortie little smart pants in front of me didn't seem to care

" Oh. Pari! Arre! Pehele bolne ka na! Sab ready rakta tha main tere liye!" Ok. What the fuck was happening there?! My introverted girlfriend was just talking with that man like they had known each other for ages in some broken hindi accent something language! I do not understand! I needed answers! But before I could even ask anything, she pulled me inside that shed and what do I find there?

Grocery.

I was somewhat thinking that I would possibly even find guns, bullets and other weapons in there but no. All I saw were groceries in there. From vegetables to fruits to chips to condoms. There was everything in there that a convience store would have. Only thing? There wasn't anyone inside... Like, that place was a literal godown!!!

" Ok. So, I'll do the vegetables. You pick up the other things," I still do not understand how or why she knew of that place but they definitely sold their produce to us on a wholesale price. That one shopping probably saved me more than three fourths of what I had intended to use that day!

" Oye! No! Look away. Dirty man. You get to pick up everything but that in here!" And she didn't let me get condoms! They were on sale! My size, that too!
" One pack won't-"
" No," and she just snatched it from my hands. I don't understand why she was being such a dick! Wasn't the "I want a baby too!" Prank over now?!

" We already have so many at home! You have one spare in each pocket of your pants and you still have two other packs hidden in your bag-"
" When did you find that out?!"
" You don't need to know. But the main point here is that you are trying to waste money on something that we don't need and so, that is going back on its shelf. Be happy with what you have at home!" Honestly, I was dumbfounded at that moment. She is the one who is making me waste most of my money on her stupid house and now, she was the one who was talking about saving money!? I do not understand her. At all.
But well, it wasn't even like I had any other option than to see that packet of condoms intently like a kid while getting dragged away from it by my girlfriend.

That was my fate and by the end of the day, I was back on her laptop, coding whatever Kartik had sent me. I needed to Crack it and get that story no matter what and as soon as possible...
