Chapter 15

Riley's P. O. V.

√√two~weeks~later√√

It's cleared up recently. The water has gone down, and the sun has been shining.

I go down and eat a sandwich. Lucas is down at the vending machine getting more snacks.

I'm half way through my sandwich, when it hits me. I run straight to the bathroom and throw up.

I've been hiding how I've been throwing up from Lucas. I need to make sure it's not a bug.

I get toilet paper and wipe my mouth. And quickly flush the toilet.

"Riley" I hear Lucas yell
"just a second" I reply
"okay " I hear him say

I get a little mouth wash and swish it in my mouth.

I walk down stairs, come up to him, and give him a quick peck on the lips.

"hey!" he says with a big smile
"hey, Whatcha so smiley about? " I ask
"on nothing, it's just I've got the cutest girlfriend in the world! " he says
"really?! who is she?! " I ask blushing
"you" he says before kissing me.
"I love you" I say
"I love you too" he replies kissing me again
"hey" he says, breaking the kiss
"hmm"
"I wanna show you something" he says
"okay" is all I say
"close your eyes" he says, so I do as told

All of a sudden he throws me over his shoulder, and I scream. If I am pregnant, this could hurt the baby. Couldn't it?

Lucky it doesn't take too long to get where he wants to take me. He sets me down.

"open your eyes." he says

When I open my eyes I see the sunset. We're on the roof, to beat it all.
"It's beautiful!" I say
"just like you" he replies

I turn around kiss him, it last for about 30 seconds, then I break it. I look him in they eyes.

"I could stay like this forever, you know, just looking in your eyes" I say softly
"me too" he says

We go back to the apartment, stay up for a few more hours, then go to bed.

After a few hours of sleep, I hear something...

"Lucas... " I hear a womans voice say.

I'm frozen in fear.
