Riley's P. O. V.
"gotcha" I hear a females voice say
Wait I know that voice, maya
"Maya? " I say but my voice is muffled by her hand
"calm down, you need a friend now! It's okay! " she coos
She removes her hand so I can talk.
"I have no where to stay now! " I say trough tears
"you can stay with me. " she says
"you sure?" I ask
"yeah! " she says
we walk back to the school, I try to avoid Lucas the best I can.
Maya's P. O. V.
Riley and I are trying to avoid Lucas the best we can. Not to lucky for me, Riley has to pee. Leaving me alone.
"Maya! " I hear Lucas yell
"oh great! What? " I ask
"have you seen Riley? " he ask
"yeah, we also heard you and Missy! " I spit
"what do you mean? " he ask
"I mean is, you calling Riley nothing! You were agreeing with Missy! " I say walking into the girls bathroom.
When I walk in Riley has a blade and it looks like she's fixing to cut herself again!
"Riley, stop! " I yell
Lucas comes running in the bathroom, and faces me.
"I was repeating what Missy said! If you guys would have listened to the rest of the conversation, I said she's perfect! She's all I need!" he sort of yells
I grab him by his face.
"if she's all you need tell her to stop! " I yell
He runs over and knocks the blade from her hand. He takes her and hugs her and tells her everything he just told me.
"don't ever do that again! Make sure and ask me about it! Okay? " he says
"okay" Riley mumbles.
He kisses her forehead
