I woke up yet again to the sunlight burning my fucking eyes and after crying myself to sleep it's not something I wanted right now. I heard moving around my room and looked up to see Aurora collecting our hair items, I reached for my phone to see it was 11 am. I sighed and began to get out of bed and walk over towards her.

"Hey sleeping beauty looking good," she smiled widely at me. One of us is in a better mood than yesterday. "How is it that you're in such a good mood this early and with everything that is happening?" I raised my brow at her in complete curiosity, she was always able to bounce back faster from situations than I was.

She continued to grab all the items we usually used to make our hair masks which always made our hair not only smell good but look gorgeous. "Okay, first go brush your teeth we only have until 4:30 pm to get ready so we can be there by 5:30 pm and our hair takes 2 hours," she shooed me into the bathroom and I did as I was told, but that didn't stop her from talking of course. "And I thought about it after our talk last night, as long as you promise to keep being my perfect and wonderful best friend then I don't have a problem with it. Mateo is fucking gorgeous if you hadn't noticed which I don't think you did since you were eye fucking Matías." She finished off with a smirk and I choked on my entire toothbrush, I knew she was going to bring it up eventually.

I rinsed my mouth out and washed my face before finally giving my attention back to her, she stopped everything she was doing for this conversation so I knew there was no way for me to get out of it. I sighed and moved past her to begin mixing the products in a hair bowl, "I don't know what you-" she abruptly cut me off. "Don't give me that shit conejita, you like him even if he was an asshole because you like guys with a dominant side. I've been your best friend your whole life you can't lie to me it's impossible."

Oh so I wasn't getting out of this, "ugh ok maybe I like him a little, but I doubt it if he feels that same way it's nothing more than a stupid crush anyway." I hoped she'd back off but knowing her she was going to have more to say if not now then later on. "Oh no, he does after you stormed off yesterday his eyes were glued to the security footage papa turned on, and then when I was giving them the tour of the house he only wanted to know more things about you, you're lucky bitch and he gives energía de gran polla."

"Aurora!" I rolled my eyes at her, of course, that was what she was most worried about but she did have a point. Oh my god, here I go again snap out of it stupid he doesn't have fucking feelings for you. "Whatever, let's put these in our hair so we can go eat something, and then we can come back up here and finish getting ready for tonight we both know we'll need as much time as possible especially you." I winked at her and she sat down first so I could put the mask in her hair.

After about thirty minutes or so our hair was perfectly lathered in our hair masks so we made ourselves look semi-decent and went downstairs to head to the kitchen, as usual, Mama was in the kitchen I hadn't spoken to her since yesterday I was just as mad at her as I was Papa, I realized she was acting so weird yesterday morning because she knew the entire time and she didn't bother to tell me either.

"Mama Val, buenos dias hermosa!" Aurora said excitedly trying to break some of the tension she knew was to come. "Buenos dias chicas como se sienten esta mañana," I couldn't help but scoff now she wants to ask me how I'm doing, guess what I'm fucking fantastic. Aurora quickly grabbed a bowl of fruit and exited the kitchen, "you knew and you didn't tell me either?! Why Mama?!" I kinda have a thing for yelling at people lately and it feels kind of good, I should yell at people more often.

Mama walked over to me quickly and grabbed my hands, "If I'm being honest, I didn't know how to mija. When I imagined getting ready to plan your wedding I thought it would be to someone who swept you off of your feet, shower you in love and make you feel as though you were the only person in the world to make their heartbeat. I never thought we would be put in this type of situation, but we are and if this is what I have to do to keep you and Aurora safe then so be it. I only may have given birth to you but you both will live in my heart forever."
