V had felt his human come forward right when his mate had started the discussion and V couldn't have been happier.

He knew Taehyung wanted to hear everything his mate was saying, so he knew he would ask his human for his input first before agreeing to anything. His human was smarter when it came to dealing with humans, thus it was the best course of action in this case.

'Human? Is there anything you don't agree with? Or anything you want to add?', V asked his human as Jungkook got up to shift into his wolf.

His human instantly replied, though the response was nothing like he expected.

'V, Close you damn eyes! Hurry ', His human had nearly growled, which was weird not gonna lie.

V quicker covered his eyes with his paws, feeling his human's restlessness and embarrassment.

'Thank you V. I agree with whatever Jungkook said. Just ask him to make sure that no one apart from his pack finds out about us being a trueblood. If he asks why then tell him that its something we can't discuss. Also ask if we can go on a run every day. And please make sure no one touches us, you know how annoyed you get. I don't want anyone losing a hand. Thats all.', Taehyung stated.

V knew his human had avoided one important request.

'And what about his request? Do I let him know your name or that you are present ?'

Taehyung took a deep breath. This was something he wasn't willing to risk. Knowing his name means trouble. And he didn't want Jungkook to be in danger.

'No. Don't tell him my name. Say I'll tell him myself when we finally shift. If we ever do. You can let him know though that I'm present.'

V agreed, not really pleased with the idea of keeping his human's name from his mate but he also knew it was for the best.

It was over an hour later when JK finally gave him control back. Jungkook couldn't help but curse at him as he quickly put his clothes on.

The thing was, in order for both the wolves to be able to communicate, both the humans had to give up full control, meaning they were unable to hear or see anything.

And Jungkook was damn sure that it wouldn't have taken so long to just ask if V agreed or not.

V laid on the floor, looking as content as ever.

'Jk? Will you spill it out now you overgrown monkey?'

Jk huffed. 'Someone is too eager!'

'Just tell me Jk.'

'Fine. He agreed to everything you asked. He has a few things he wants. Most important, no one should know about him being a trueblood apart from your pack. Don't ask why. He said he can't say. He wants to be able to go on a run everyday. And don't let anyone except us touch him. He hates physical contact if it ain't us.'

Jungkook smiled at that. He was curious about the reason for hiding the fact that his mate was a trueblood but he was going to respect the trueblood's choices. His mate will tell him when it was time.

'What about the other two requests?'

Jk replied in a sad voice. 'He can't tell his human's name. Said you will find out when they finally shift. Also, he said his human is very present and can hear you if you want to talk to him'

Jungkook hummed. He still doesn't know his mate's actual name but its okay. Atleast his mate's human side was still there.

'V? Can I talk to your human? Can you ask him to come forward?', he asked the wolf gently.

V had let out a bark and Jungkook could see the trueblood's eyes switch from red to gold and then back to red.

He knew that the human was now listening.

'Hey mate. Your wolf is so beautiful. I'm sure you are even more gorgeous. I hope you are happy with me being your mate. I know I'm happy. I don't know why you don't want me knowing your name or why you won't show me your human form but its alright. I'll wait for you. I'll always wait for you. Thank you mate. Thank you for coming back to me. For staying. Thank you.', Jungkook whispered those last words, his voice heavy with emotions and sincerity, his eyes closed.

Jungkook felt a snout come in contact with his neck. The trueblood had his large wolf head on his shoulders, gently sniffing him while purring.

It felt so different from how V did it the few times when they had this interaction. This was much gentler.

Jungkook realized this was not the action of his mate's wolf but of the human. And that tiny spark of hope in his chest grew into a much larger spark.

Maybe there was a chance after all.

Jk took V to the living room after that. He was quite happy knowing his human mate was watching everything just like V was. That in itself gave him much hope.

His hyungs and Chaeyoung, Hoseok's mate, were all waiting there, sitting quietly on the sofa. Jungkook had already mindlinked them, asking them if they wanted to meet the trueblood officially.

Jungkook wanted his mate to meet his family. And these 6 were definitely his family.

The atmosphere in the room had changed drastically as soon as the trueblood entered the room.

It was too tensed.

Maybe it was the human who had noticed the tensed atmosphere because the trueblood sat down quietly, putting his head on his paws in a very unthreatening way. He was showing them that he meant no harm.

Jungkook smiled at that. His mate was really something else. For a trueblood to be so nice and not arrogant was very rare.

The others visibly relaxed after that. Small smiles were given which made the trueblood also relax.

'Guys .', Jungkook spoke as he looked at them all fondly. 'Meet my mate, V. I don't know his human name yet. So you guys can call him V for the time being. V, these guys are part of my family. '

V let out a small bark, his tail wagging a little.

The sight made the others coo.

Namjoon stood up to introduce the others.

'Hey V, I'm Kim Namjoon. This is my mate Seokjin. That is Jung Hoseok and his mate, Park Chaeyoung. The guy on the left is Min yoongi with his mate Park Jimin. Welcome to the family'

A series of hellos and welcomes filled the room as V took in the faces of all the people in the room.

His human was also watching and V heard the words from his human.

'We need to protect these people V. They are important to mate. They are family now'

V couldn't help but agree. These people were now his family too. And he would do anything to protect them.
