It was two days later and Jungkook was still unconscious. The doctors had said that his body was healing well and he might wake up soon.

The trueblood stayed by Jungkook's side at all times. He would just sit by the bed and stare at Jungkook, holding his hand while rubbing his thumb on the soft skin. Every afternoon, the trueblood would cut his wrist to drop a small amount of blood in Jungkook's mouth, because he knew that Jungkook would need it in order to fully get rid of the moonflower poison. If even a small amount was still left in Jungkook's body, then it could prove to be fatal in the future. That's why, for atleast a week, Jungkook would need to, ahem, be like a vampire. Just a little bit. Taehyung could just imagine Jungkook throwing a tantrum when he finds out.

While the trueblood stayed in the clinic, Namjoon and the others took care of the pack matters in place of Jungkook. And maybe they discussed the trueblood a few times. Okay. Maybe a lot of times.

Namjoon was sitting on the kitchen table, quietly drinking his tea, his mind wandering about the trueblood.

'Still thinking about him Joonie?', Jin smiled as he saw Namjoon's brow furrow.

Namjoon sighed. 'Yeah. It's so unfair'

Jin tilted his head adorably. 'What's unfair?'

'That Jungkook got a trueblood as his mate who is also smoking hot while I got stuck with you', Namjoon sassily replied back, holding his hands out to block his face from the hits he knew were coming.

Jin gasped and started hitting Namjoon. 'I'm world wide handsome you know. You cannot get anyone better than me! The disrespect Joonie '

Jimin walked into the kitchen at this moment, stopped, looked at the scene and debated if he should interrupt or if he should just turn around and leave. But he was hungry and pregnant, which wasn't a good combination so he coughed loudly to let the couple know he was there.

'Oh hello. Don't mind the pregnant omega at all. Just trying to get some food to feed my growing tummy,' He cutely said to the two male who were glaring at him.

Jin sighed as he motioned for Jimin to sit down. 'Sit. Eat this sandwich i made earlier. You need to eat healthy. Eat the sandwich while I cook some meat for you okay?'

Jimin grinned. 'Thank you Jin hyung. Why were you trying to kill Joonie Hyung by the way?'

Jin took the meat out of the fridge and started cutting them into tiny chucks. 'Someone decided that the moon goddess blessed him unfair'

'Huh? Joonie Hyung, what did you do?', Jimin asked upon hearing the sad tone of Jin.

Namjoon knew his mate was just playing by sounding sad. 'Nothing. I just called Jungkook lucky because he got a trueblood and a smoking hot man as his mate'

Jimin giggled. 'That's true though. Tae-Tae is so handsome hyung. He looks... what's that word? Ahh, ethereal. He looks like he belongs in a fashion magazine. If he wasn't Jungkook's mate, I would totally hit that'

Jin laughed while slapping Jimin's arm gently. 'You have a mate and are pregnant. Calm you hormones. '

Jimin sighed loudly. 'I know. But just saying. That man can make anyone cheat'

Namjoon shook his head at Jimin's words. He knew that Jimin was saying this purposefully, because Yoongi was standing at the door. Jimin could obviously smell his mate from a mile away.

'Let's not try to make me kill the trueblood. You don't want to see your new bestfriend die now, do you?', Yoongi snickered as he came up behind Jimin and gently hugged him, softly kissing the omega's cheeks.
