Midnight Blues

Radar Pt.2

Kook leaned against a wall in The Garden. He was out hunting for a specific vampire that was sent to him yesterday. He had never seen the guy before but in his documents stated that The Garden was a well known spot for him. Jungkook couldn't help but feel happy about being able to check out the club for the first time and, who knows, maybe he would see that Jimin guy again. He scoped the club out as he stood, looking for the vampire on his radar. 

"Found you", the purple hair man said to himself once he spotted his target. He was dancing with someone on the dance floor. Kook wondered if the person was another vampire or a human that was probably going to be dead by the end of the night. 

While he kept his eyes on the guy, he didn't notice a shorter dark haired male standing beside him. Jimin was looking at him and was surprised at how focused the man was on whatever he was looking at. He decided to see what he was staring at and frowned. Why was Jungkook watching Yoongi? Please tell him he is not a hunter. 

Jimin quickly pulled his phone out and texted Tae. 

Chim: Take hyung somewhere else. I think I've caught someone watching him.

Tucking a strand of hair behind his ear, Jimin cleared his throat and gained the attention of the focused man beside him. He passed a sweet smile to him. "Hey. Are you checking out the club?" Jungkook's eyes slightly widened as he looked over at Jimin but he gave him a small smile back. "Yeah, it's really nice in here. I like the vibe." He said as he nodded then looked back out towards the crowd. The vampire was no longer there, or the guy he was with. Shit!

Jimin noticed Jungkook's face fall a little once he noticed Yoongi was gone. He was relieved but kept that off his face. He placed a hand on Kook's shoulder, "Want a drink? It's on me." Jungkook looked down at the entirely too attractive man, who was now standing a little closer to him with his head tilted to the side a little and a smile gracing his face as he waiting on his response. 

"Sure, I could use a drink or two. The next is on me, okay?" Without too much thought, he placed a hand on Jimin's lower back, his fingers rubbing slightly against the silk shirt. Jimin grinned to himself. He might just get lucky tonight. " Sounds good, follow me. We can go to my V.I.P. section. It's a little quieter."

Jungkook watched the seductive man walk ahead of him and he ran a hand through his hair because, damn. He did one last scope around the club for the vampire he was watching and saw nothing. "I'll try again another time. At least I'll be here more often soon", he thought as he entered the V.I.P. area. 

A male dressed like a butler walked in with a tray of champagne and two glasses. The man placed the tray down on the table that sat in front of a small couch Jimin and Kook were sitting on. "Thanks Noel." Jimin said as he and the butler bowed to each other. Jimin gave the man a lingering look to let him know that he should not come back into the room and Noel understood as he nodded again before leaving. 

Jungkook looked around the room. It was pretty spacious. It was closed off but they could see out into the club through a glass wall in front of them. The music played in the room as it did out on the dancefloor, just at a lower volume. 

"Does this help you keep an eye on things?" Kook asked as he pointed at the glass wall. "Yeah, no one can see inside though. I come in here when I want to escape the loudness or if I have meetings." Also when I want to feed or have a little fun. 

Jimin poured them both a glass of champagne then sat back on the couch, crossing his legs and turning slightly towards Jungkook so it was easier for them to talk. He also wasn't too sure if the man was a hunter. The situation from earlier was still floating in his memory and he was sure he wasn't going to forget it. 

Jungkook drank from his glass and smirked. "This tastes like money." They both laughed. "I'm sorry. Am I showing off too much?" Jimin asked in a flirty tone. Jungkook smirked, catching the flirtatiousness in the man's voice. My resolve is weak Jimin. "No, I'm pretty well off myself so you're not doing too much." Kook said matter- of -factly.

That's very attractive.

Jimin grinned as he poured them more of the champagne. "So, what do your nights out usually consist of? Clubs? Any fun in there?" Jimin said slyly but kept a small smile on his lips. Jungkook was drinking from his glass but kept his eyes on the man as he spoke to him. He's definitely asking for something. His eyes moved over the man's face. How could this guy look so flawless with the smoothest looking skin. He couldn't be a vampire because he wasn't showing any signs of it. Aside from vampires showing up on a hunter's list, Jungkook was pretty good with catching the signs but he wasn't getting anything like that from Jimin.

Jungkook cleared his throat then leaned in a little closer to Jimin's face. Jimin's eyes continued to focus on him without wavering as he moved closer. Hmm, not intimidated at all. I like it.

"How about we skip the small talk and get to what you really brought me into this closed off room for." Kook smirked and Jimin's eyes instantly lowered to his lips.
