Jimin had decided to make everyone something to eat that evening, so they all had sat at the dining table and talked lightly. The conversation was mainly about the Council and why they would be coming to visit Jimin's father, or rather, the Park family. It had been a very long time since they last did so and it wasn't with good intentions.

After they were all done, Tae agreed to wash the dishes while Yoongi laid across the couch, as expected. Jimin couldn't get his mind off of Jungkook and their last conversation. He hated that he had broken down when they were suppose to be getting to know each other a little more, but he was glad that he was able to get the hunter to even agree to speak with him that way.

"I'm going to carry Jungkook some food. I'm sure he is hungry by now." Jimin said as he made another plate. He could feel the pause in Tae's movement out the corner of his eye. "I'll be careful," was all he said before leaving the kitchen.

He hoped that Jungkook would be in a better mood before or after he handed him the food. He wanted to apology for keeping him in there and for messing up their time of getting to know each other.

Once he opened the door, he saw Jungkook sitting in one corner. His eyes were closed but slowly opened when Jimin closed the door. When he looked at him, Jimin felt his stomach do flips because Jungkook was no longer looking at him with angry eyes. They were so much softer.

"Hey, sorry about earlier. I brought you something to eat. I'm sure you're probably starving and if you need to use the bathroom just tell me. I'll take you." Jimin stood halfway into the room holding the plate of food. He wanted to hand Jungkook the food, but he wasn't sure if the man wanted him to get any closer.

Jungkook stood up and walked up to Jimin. He looked the vampire up and down a bit as he reached out for the food. He still couldn't get over Jimin's eyes. They were so entrancing that he found it hard to not look at them.

"Thank you and you don't have to apologize for a trama response. I'm sorry you've been going through...what you've been going through with your father. It's disgusting."

Jimin felt a small feeling of hope soar through him and it made him smile a bit. Once Jungkook had his food, he stepped back by the door and began to sit.

"You can sit with me, if you want," Jungkook ran a hand through his hair, revealing the scar on his eyebrow a little more. "I'm sorry for the things I have said that have caused you pain or sadness. I have my own issues, as you now know, that I struggle with but that isn't an excuse to be so hateful to you."

Jimin shook his head as he moved to sit beside the hunter, "No, it's okay. I'm a vampire. A being that you have hate towards, so I understand..."

"...but I don't hate you. Jimin you are the exception to all of this...all of my anger and hate towards your kind. I don't think I can really hate you. Like you said, you're not like them. You've never tried to hurt me or even Joon when you met him." Jungkook began to eat, finishing the whole plate after a few minutes.

Jimin chuckled, "I can bring you more." He grabbed the plate and sat it to the side as Jungkook sat back, rubbing his stomach. "That was delicious. Did you make it?"

Jimin nodded as his cheeks began to heat up. "I can cook, yes."

Jungkook smiled as he watched one of the most gorgeous beings blush because of him. Yeah, there was no way he could hate Jimin and he wasn't going to force himself to. He placed his hand on Jimin's thigh but pretended to be intrigued by his own hand.

"I won't report you to the other hunters. You're secret is safe with me. I promise." Jungkook spoke so softly that it nearly came out as a whisper but Jimin heard every word. "Jungkook, I won't ask you to do that. I've heard the hunters have an oath that you must follow. I would understand...but I would also have to disappear."

The squeeze that Jungkook gave to Jimin's thigh made the vampire feel comforted. He wasn't lying about what he said, but he really didn't want to disappear from the hunter's life.

"I don't want that. I won't say anything. Like I said, you're an exception." Jungkook's doe eyes met Jimin's icy blue eyes and, once again, he felt as if he was in a trance. "Jimin..." he called as they slowly began to lean into each other.

"Yes, Jungkook?" Jimin's voice was breathy as he spoke. His eyes glanced down at Jungkook's lips for a second before looking back up into his eyes.

Jungkook wrapped his arm around Jimin's waist, pulling him as close as he could get. Their foreheads were touching, leaving not even an inch between their lips. "Do your eyes have any powers. It's kind of hard to look away from them."

Even though Jungkook seemed to be serious, Jimin couldn't help but laugh a little. "No, they don't. They could, but that would only happen if I allowed it. I'm not using any magic on you. I promise." He smiled but looked back down at Jungkook's lips.

He wanted to kiss him so badly but he was going to let Jungkook make the first move. Everything was in Jungkook's hands, for now. Jimin needed the man to like him and not want him dead. He really didn't want to leave him.

As if Jungkook could read his mind, he closed the gap between their lips. The kiss was so refreshing and damn near magical. Jimin felt a tug on his thigh so he climbed onto Jungkook's lap, ignoring the fact that his other leg nearly tilted the plate over.

He missed this so much.

They pulled apart for air after what seemed like forever. Yes, Jimin decided to let himself breathe the man in and he was almost intoxicated by it. Jungkook smelled so sweet and masculine that it sent chills down his spine.

"I'll let you out of here...but can I come with you?"

Jungkook smirked  then pecked the vampire's lips, "Hell yeah you can."
