*Hello my lovely readers! Just wanted to stop by and remind you all to vote and comment. I want to know you all's opinions on my story. Like I said before, this story will be coming to an end soon. However, a sequel will come after!

I appreciate you guys more than you know <3*

Taehyung sighed once he finally finished cleaning up the mess that his beloved best friend made. He may have crossed a line with what he said, but he needed Jimin to snap out of his stupor. Even though he didn't believe he was a lost cause, he still knew that Jimin was at the point that he would probably try to protect the hunter with his all if he needed to.

There was a small sound of shuffling and Taehyung remembered that Yoongi had shown up earlier, interrupting his conversation with Jimin. A heat deep down began to build up within him again. That selfish beast was going to drive him insane. Shit, had he almost reached that point already? Taehyung wasn't an abusive person, but he was very passionate about his loved ones. Yoongi just so happened to be one of them, and a very big one at that. Also, he was a very "trying" one, but Taehyung couldn't see himself with anyone else. It was like that before he had imprinted the hybrid.

He placed a rag that he was wiping the shelfs with with down on the front counter. With a snap of his fingers, the lights in the front were turned off, blinds were closed, and the closed sign faced the busy streets.

There was only the office light on in the back, but Tae's eyes were made to see in the dark. He saw Yoongi sitting at his desk, so he stepped inside then sat in the seat on the other side of his desk. He was facing Yoongi, but the elder kept his eyes on his phone as he scrolled through it.

"You scared the shit out of me."

"I needed air and a little space."

"Was it too much to let me know?" Tae's scanned his hyung's body. He was trying to make sure there were no signs of wounds or anything like that. Yoongi seemed okay, so he tried to push that to the back of his mind.

Yoongi sighed then placed his phone on the desk, making a tap noise that was a few volumes away from being considered a slam. He looked at Tae with minimum emotion in his eyes. "I don't have to tell you those types of things, Taehyung. I know my situation, but I am very capable of protecting myself."

Tae scoffed, "Sure you are. Have you forgotten..."

"Stop treating me like I'm fragile!" Yoongi yelled. He was tired of Taehyung bringing up when he showed up beaten, because that was more than one opponent and he still killed a lot of the bastards that night.

"I'm not! I'm treating you like I actually give a fuck about you! Why must you fight my protection so much? You don't fight anything else from me." They both glared at each other until Yoongi sucked his teeth then grabbed his phone to begin scrolling again. He wasn't going to continue arguing with Taehyung. Besides, he was his hyung and not the other way around.

Taehyung had reached a point where he no longer felt anger. He felt unwanted and not needed, and it was slowly beginning to weigh heavy on him. "You know, if you really want to leave. I can make that happen. I won't know your location or anything, so that you can feel like you have the space you really are looking for." This shit hurts.

There was silence and neither of the men wanted to look at one another. Tae gave a dry chuckle. The realization that his hyung wasn't opposing his offer had hit him with a hard smack to his heart. He snapped his head up and looked at the man with a small smile on his lips. Fake it 'til you make it, Taehyung. You just need to make it home, after this.

"I'll contact a friend and give them your number so you can set up everything with him. Here, lock up for me and just leave the keys on the counter whenever you get back to the house. I'm going to go take a drive." Taehyung had stood up then tossed the keys to the store onto his desk. Yoongi looked up at him, but his eyes met the vampire's back as he left the office.

Yoongi swallowed hard, trying to push down the lump that was growing in his throat. Why didn't you say something?!
