Chapter 28 - Tag Team Takes Against the Mighty Zion

Poe and Chewie's team discover a great room after going through a long tunnel section. The doors with the label 'Crafts of Zion' on it and shoot the big metallic doors down with the help of the soldiers behind them. The large room was initially spotted by the small glass window by the tall frame of Chewie first that distinctively eclipses Poe. It was a dark section isolated from much of the lights of the sphere space station.

In that room were a few vehicles and in the center was a sophisticated spacecraft (almost escape buggy style) and on the side something looking like an anti-gravity hovercraft or pad or moped of some sort. Poe with Chewie behind him and soldiers resembling or possibly being of the Mandalorian mold looked impressed and commented:

"I'll take one of those please! ... Well maybe later we got to shut off any enemy escape vessels or plans for now of course!"

His team looked more focused than him as he transitioned back into focus. One of the soldiers falls suddenly as laser shots are fired but the enemies were outnumbered as shots were fired back as they look behind and it looks some Qil-Xyborgs are running towards them and one past Poe to go in the buggy. The allied soldiers of Poe and the team tell them to stop and point guns at them as the Qil-Zyborg men put their hands up in the air in a resigned surrender.

In another part of the craft. Zorri finds a command table area or engine room of some kind. She presses on a button reading 'OPEN ALL', and another team member besides her find buttons for SECURITY... 'AUTOSHOOT' and deactivates it too. They are all relieved and turn off their stealth modes. She passes on the message that it seems all doors are open and all weapon systems are down and announces the message picked up by Poe on a loudspeaker: 

"General Commander Poe do you read or copy? All gates and auto-artillery have now been successfully switched off. This should allow most accesses across the sphere to commence in order to engage a territorial advantage against the enemies."

Poe looking relieved or rejuvenated at the sounds of Zorri's speech and encourages the team to move away after his troops shoot down the few vehicles whilst the hover buggy was left untouched as the soldiers with their leaders Poe and Chewie march away from the scene.

Reinhald continues to proceed and finds the largest room of all and goes forward with a spring in his step. He is now alone ahead of his soldiers in a huge circular room. The soldiers behind him were more cautious or moving with fear in their conscious as they didn't keep up with him and his pace. He continues to march into the middle now slowing down. The room has some windows of space but an eerie feel it cannot be space because they were somewhere near the core of the sphere. Must be high-resolution camera screens of the space around the sphere. The room also not only looks like a little like a great command center but a relatively large or moderate size arena too. Battle is looming Reinhald can feel it too.

Eventually out of a corner of one the columns connected to a command center seating unit (with smaller screens, shiny buttons next to the screen and a few huge chairs) emerges the tall frame of Diono Zion. Huge, intimidating, monstrous, statute-like metallic, serious-looking, xenomorph-like unsettling to a mere mortal or even ambitious one. Soldiers behind him are thinking about entering the area with a sense of false or renewed optimism but are cut off as glass doors or walls surround with area in now what seems like a command center unit turned battle arena seal off their entry. Zion approaches  Reinhald slowly with his possible 7-foot or slightly more frame but the general himself is a tall man too just not as tall as the great alien.

Zion begins to speak with Reinhald hinting at a possible previous encounter:

"I should've killed you..." and in dialog referring to some sort of history or near-miss encounter between them as Reinhald reintroduces himself briefly and Zion then replies back to the general when he said they meet again. Zion suggests he is ready to finish the job this time and shows his disgust at the shortening of his name by declaring back to him and calling of his name by Reinhald in a way to get some positive energy boost too as he hits back with a proud reply:
