The celebrations are hosted in Chandrila, the home planet of Ben Solo. As a gift for his services this planet was chosen. People already knew Ben had become Kylo Ren however a video is presented with G-KR making his speech before the sphere battle. On-cam video footage of assault on the sphere is shown. The moment Rey and Reinhald fought Zion was captured on camera too (further angle - possibly from one of the allied soldier's helmet cams or something along that sort of technology) with the victory being the highlight...
The video finishes with brief recorded feed of the wormhole as on the center of the stage after watching the video a loud cheer occurs whilst a man wearing white mask looking like a stylish horse or chess knight piece whilst with a robotic feel takes off his mask and people erupt to more cheers and celebration. Ben Solo in his reincarnation and cross between dimensions of space and time has mad ammends from his former mistakes. The force and the Dyad really was at work.
"He is Generaaal or Captaaain Kieraaan Reinhaaald! ...
He comes from a different dimension of time and space but holds the face of a former hero and villain resident from this planet of ours...
The force works in strange ways! ...
Whoever he may be he has helped us a lot...

Rey and Reinhald were now holding hands and looking at each other deeply before looking at the crowd again... Everyone was bubbly. Zorri and Poe looked very happy talking together.
Poe:
"Can I get a date?"
Zorri:
"Anytime you are welcome general!"
Druids like R2-D2 and BB8 playing or trying to entertain Finn's son and Rose trying to look upbeat.
The screens show another video...
'Special Mention to Finn...'
It starts showing some of his heroics... Like some of the stuff he did in the past 6 years and the scenes from saving that supermarket. Scholl looks a little tearful and General Reinhald puts on a sulky face:
"He was my friend. He'll always be remembered, he'll always live on!"
Everyone looks a little down again. Rose tries to pull an optimistic smile. Finn's son looks with interest on the screen saying daddy and Rose saying he'll always be watching.
Lindro seems to be getting on well with Zorri's sister and Scholl is breakdancing as his friends dance and then calls out Liena in a way inviting her to dance. Lando appears and looks like he is appreciating the strategies used to take down the sphere. Scenes of all-round celebration.
Then there is a confirmation that G-KR will be given permanent residence on this planet for his services to the galaxy as he gets up on stage and gets another round of cheers.
