James and Noah sit among the city's biggest STARS. Although mid-meal, James still looks around in awe.
NOAH - So is it everything you expected?
JAMES - That and more!
NOAH - Keep up the work, and you'll be a regular here. I promise.
Noah holds out his glass for a cheers. Right before James connects his glass... DING -- Noah gets a text. He quickly checks his phone and James retracts his drink.
NOAH (CONT'D) (reading phone) - Remember Edan?
JAMES - From that one night at Corey's house?
NOAH - Exactly. He just invited us to Bootsy's. Maybe we could head there after?
James considers this for a moment.
JAMES - Corey won't be there, right?
NOAH - That old hag? Please... And even if he is, I'll protect you.
Noah winks to James. James smiles from his reassurance.
JAMES - Fuck it! Why not?
NOAH - That's my James.
Noah and James cheers. CLINK.
