INT. MASSIVE FILM STUDIO - DAY
Everyone on set prepares for the first take. James stands with a CO-STAR and reads over his script. They both stand in front of several cameras, CREW MEMBERS, Anthony, and Kevin. All of the chatter subsides. NORMAN GILLIS (director) yells out:
NORMAN - Places everyone!
People scramble around. An ASSISTANT rushes to take James' script away.
NORMAN - Alright! Let's make some magic.
James glances at Kevin. They share a subtle moment of appreciation for one another.
ASSISTANT - Quiet on set! Role sound
RECORDIST - Speeding!
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - Roll camera!
James exhales. He begins to get into character.
CAMERA OPERATOR - Rolling!
James and Co-Star turn to each other.
NORMAN - And... Action.
The moment James goes to say his first line... CLICK.
PRE-LAP: The sound of a camera clicking is followed by a BLINDING BRIGHT LIGHT.
