Jennie forced a smile after she swallowed it. "Delicious!"

Delicious?

Sungjae watched Jennie as she maintained a smile. He picked up a slice of fish, still looking doubtful.

When he tasted it...

He was sure of one thing: Big Sister-In-Law truly loved Big Brother!

Everyone began to dig in.

Jennie tried all the dishes, thinking that at least one of them would be edible.

In the end, none of them was!

Jennie only ate from her bowl of rice as she stole curious glances at Lisa.

She saw how Lisa ate those dishes normally, as though he couldn't tell how awful the food was.

Rowoon and Sungjae who sat opposite them, looked quite normal as they ate.

Jennie began to doubt herself...

What was happening?

Why didn't the three brothers react or express themselves as they ate this awful food?

Did the Manoban family have an acquired weird taste?

Jennie felt her taste buds going numb as she ate.

Lisa sensed that something was wrong based on Jennie's expression. "Is it salty?"

"No, no, no! It's not salty at all! It's very nice! I'm just a little thirsty. Do you have any water?" answered Jennie.

Lisa rose to get a cup of water.

Seizing this chance, Sungjae's face crumpled as he whispered, "Big Sister-In-Law! I already said that we should head out to eat! Why did you insist on eating at home? Why did you subject us to this suffering? I'm already badly injured, yet I still need to suffer once more. Why is my life so tough? I would rather be beaten up by Jang Dongyoon again than eat Big Brother's food!"

Jennie looked glum as she hissed, "So you think that the food is awful as well? I thought that your entire family had weird taste!"

Sungjae said, "Big Sister-In-Law, I'm starting to truly believe something now..."

Jennie asked, "Huh?"

Sungjae said, "You really love my brother. You managed to swallow this food with a smile. How deeply do you love him to be able to do so? Other than my second brother and I, you're the only one who has dared to eat his food. Big Sister-In-Law, you're truly Big Brother's destiny!"

Jennie was speechless... This was nonsense...

After Lisa came back with a cup of water, Sungjae gobbled down his bowl of rice. He leaped to his feet and said, "I'm done! Since I'm a poor, pitiful car racer, I shall not spend the night here. Bye-bye, Big Brother and Big Sister-In-Law!"

Rowoon wiped his mouth and rose. "Big Brother, Big Sister-In-Law, enjoy your meal. I have an early appointment tomorrow. I'm leaving."

Hence, Jennie was left alone, staring at the table full of food...

Why had they fled?

Jennie and Lisa were the only ones left in the dining room.

Jennue bit her lip and ate two bowls of rice. She drank three cups of water before helping Lisa clear the table.

After clearing the table, Jennie and Lisa washed the dishes together.

As she washed, she thought that she should be able to leave after the dishes were done.
