"Mth Newman, do you want a sweet? Mommy made them?"

"Of course, Holly, thank you so much." I take a sweet from the little girl pulling my skirt.

It has been a year since I last saw or spoke to my parents and as you have probably guessed by now, yes, I graduated and now I am a teacher to twenty-four, adorable, grade 2s.

"Alright guys, please get your pens and books out. Today we are going to continue with our 2 times tables." I say to my students, as they grab their books and pencil cases from their shelfs. I see my beautiful fiancé walk into my class.

"AVA!!!" All twenty-four of my students shouted and ran up to her to give her hugs before I could even move.

I forgot to mention, it is also almost a year since my fiancé, and I got back together. Yes, you heard me, Ava and I are engaged!!!

And to say the least, I have never been happier. Sure, I would want my parents to be part of my life, and if we have children, part of their life too. But they have made their choice.

I have a job that I love.

I have the girl that I love.

And I have amazing students, but I think they love Ava more than they love me.

After the children let go of my soon-to-be wife, I can hug her at least. I must say, most of the parents of the student have been supportive of Myne and Ava's relationship. But I do not want to push it.

"Okay kids, why don't you go play outside a bit," I say smiling down at them.

"You know, you can't just show up at my work. You are distracting my students." I say with a smirk.

"Ohh, your students you say?" She asked, looking me up and down. Like she is the hunter looking at her prey.

"Mmmm, maybe also me. Just a little." I say as I put my arms over her shoulders. As I went in for a kiss, she pulled away.

"I Aiden called, and while he shouted my head off. I have invited them for dinner tomorrow night. Liked you asked me." She says, leaning against my table.

"Thank you, love," I say, staring to collect my things. I look at the clock and see that the bell is almost going to ring.

"Awww, is my baby mad?" God, I hate it, but also not, when she does that.

"Why can't I just get one kiss?" I look at her with my famous puppy dog eyes.

"I'll see you at home, my love." She then turns back to me and gives me a quick peck on the nose.

"Oh, and please call Aiden, I don't think I'll be able to manage his excitement he wants to know what he should bring with him. Bye, Love you." And with that, she is out of the door.

After all my students went home, I grabbed my stuff and headed to my car. Thank goodness it is Friday; look do not get me wrong. I adore my kids, but they can be little devils if they want to.

"Hey, gurl. How are you doing?" This is the first thing Aiden says when he answers the phone.

"Hey A, I'm good thanks. Ava told me you wanted to talk to me. Is there anything that you need?" I ask him on my car speaker.

"Cheesecake." And that is all he said.

"Okay, fine," I say, trying to make it sound like I do not want to, but I enjoy making cheesecake for them. After saying our goodbyes and seeing you tomorrow, I drive into the driveway of my apartment building.

"Hunny, I'm home," I say, as I walk into my apartment. Ava and I decided to move in together not long after we got back together. Best. Decisions. Every.

Why? For the past year, I have had hot chocolate in bed and kisses. Every. Single. Morning.

"I'm in the shower!" I hear Ava yell from the bathroom and an idea forms into my head.

I slowly walk into the bathroom, not wanting her to know that I am there. I slowly undress and walk into the shower, while she is facing me and licking her lips as I walk closer.

Oh, and the sex is maybe the best part of her movie. Just maybe.
