What an ungodly hour to have to come out of the house especially in my condition I'm thinking, well I'm trying to think not wanting to really think about what's about to happen to me. It was cold this morning and there was dew on the grass it had been clear last night so the temperature had plummeted. I sit on the sofa waiting for Ben as he pops everything we need in the car. I gently rub my hands over my tummy "Well not too long now boys just go easy on Mummy yeah and she'll do her best for you" I say to them as I spot Ben in the door way just watching me "Being silly ain't I" I say to him "No not at all sweetheart" he says walking over sitting next to me rubbing his hand over my tummy too "How are you feeling" he asks and I look up at him "I'm scared Ben I'm so scared" I tell him as tears form in my eyes "Oh darling it's going to be fine we are going to meet our little fellas Lissy our sons" he tells me "and I'm going to be right here for every step" he says as I grab his hands quickly almost afraid to have him leave me "You promise" I ask "I promise I love you sweetheart and I'm so proud of you, you are the best Mummy in the world you know" he says making me even more teary "shall we make a move" he says and I just nod as he helps me up off the sofa popping my little jacket over me "Come on darling" he says as he opens the front door helping me to the car popping me safely in.

He starts up the engine every where is so quiet but it's only five thirty we didn't want to wake everyone so Gran and Dennis had the kids for us with Dad and Diane not far away, still nothing for poor Diane hopefully not long now she looked uncomfortable last night when they can round bless her maybe things are moving. Mike and Jack were on hand to offer more babysitting duties should everything kick off.

London was surprisingly still and peaceful this morning as we travel to the hospital "it's a beautiful morning sweetheart" Ben says "yeah it is"I answer quietly "it's going to be a special day darling you'll see" he says and I smile at him feeling him take my hand as I squeeze it tightly and he knows what that means "I'm here angel, I'm here" and he lifts my hand kissing it gently.

We pull up at the maternity department and Ben helps me out of the car I feel like a beach whale I really do. I lean on Ben as we walk in everything is just so uncomfortable my poor little boys must be so cramped in there. We get to reception and speak to the lovely lady on the desk who always seems to be here "Good morning Mrs Langley the big day hey" she says "Yeah"I say to her "You'll be just fine darling if you'd like to pop to room four my lovely Harry will be with you shortly" she says "Thank You" Ben says "Are you alright sweetie shall I carry something" I ask Ben as he seems to be struggling a bit "Sweetheart you are already carrying enough don't worry about me" he says my darling man. We come round the corner and there he is our right hand man "Morning Guys what a gorgeous morning" Harry says "Morning Harry" Ben says to him "Hey Mum how you doing" he asks knowing me well enough now "hmm" I say shaking my head tears coming in my eyes. Harry takes us into the room which in all fairness is nice and comfy a little different to the room I had Freja in but cosy which I was grateful for. "OK Lis if you get yourself changed and get comfy in bed I'll come back in about half an hour and see if we can't get these little men moving" he says "Can I get you both some tea" he asks "yes please" I say "thanks Harry that would be lovely" Ben says "you both just have milk right" he says "you remembered" I say "don't forget a thing me" he says smiling as he heads off.

I suddenly feel a bit lost "come on sweetheart I'll help you get changed" Ben says as I take off my clothes popping a nightie on with a dressing gown suddenly feeling a chill probably nerves "would you like your socks on darling" Ben asks me "Yes please sweetie I'm cold all of a sudden "Cup of tea will warm you up" he says popping on my bed socks while I sit on the bed "you said that that first day you took me for coffee" I tell him "Yeah I did because you were shivering sweetheart" he says "no because I was trembling at your touch when you took my coat off" I say smiling "Really" he says smiling back "yeah like a little girl you made me feel tingling all over" he strokes my hair "and you still do" I say "I love you Ben" He leans forward and kisses me "Oh Lissy you are the most amazing girl in the world you know that don't you" he says "you do tell me now and again" I say and he laughs "I'd do anything for you I'd have these babies for you if I could" he says making me smile and yet making my heart swell, I smile as the tears start to fall "Lis darling don't, my brave girl please don't be afraid" he says "I'm trying" I sob at him "Lean on me sweetheart let me help you today anything you need I'll give it you" he says "just stay with me Ben hold my hand and don't let me go" I say to him "you got it angel"he says as he pulls me into him taking me in his arms "My Beautiful Lissy it's going to be fine" he whispers in my ear holding my face against his. He gets me tucked into bed pulling the covers over me as I'm still shivering rubbing my arms trying to keep me warm
