A week as passed now and I'm fully healed thank the gods and a few things is changing not much but it was mostly about Nicolas turning a year old soon and everyone in the settlement was excited for the feast to honor his first year. It was nice to see how far we've came, from Norway to England building a new life for all of us if I told my old self that this would be happening I would never believe it until I saw it.

I was walking back to the longhouse after checking on the settlement with Nicolas on my shoulders hanging onto my black hair tightly as we walked up to the longhouse seeing Eivor and Randvi talking around the map; I went to the bedroom putting Nicolas down on the floor to play with his toys for a while.

"Arnora we need to talk about something" Sigurd spoke when he entered the room himself grabbing my attention/

"What's on your mind?" I asked as he sat on the bed for a moment.

"The time has come our time" he said back to me question which just made me more confused.

"You lost me" I said confused to no end.

"My final glory awaits" he said once more which made a bit more sense.

"Sigurd, can we forget about glory or whatever your vision are telling you?" I sighed before asking as I placed my hands on my hips.

"Do I not speak plainly love? My time in Midgard is done I wish now to see the hall of my ancestors" he asked as he stood up facing me now telling me what he truly wished.

"Gods....that time will come later it shouldn't be now or soon we have matters here, our people still need you to help them as their jarl; our son needs you to be there as well why are you speaking about death?" I sighed heavily before making points that would make sense to someone else but with Sigurd's mind jumbling around with his old memories and now memories its hard to tell which one I'm talking to.

"I do not speak of death, Arnora I speak of life! Life and glory everlasting" he said clearly my mind of worry for a little bit but this was still hard to listen to sometimes.

I didn't know what to say to him when I tried finding words none came to mind as I looked down at the ground.

"I know I have been in a fog these last few weeks, I know I speak words you don't fully understand" he said once more standing closer to me when his hand held my chin making me look up at him.

"But I only ask you trust me, once more on my final voyage back top Norway to wish my father farewell and achieve my destiny" he continued asking me to trust him once more when I have always trusted him with my life always but going back to Norway was a bit shocking to hear.

"Back to Norway? Okay fine I'll speak to Randvi and Eivor" I said in shock for a moment but sighed knowing there was no changing his mind.

"Meet me at the docks when you and Eivor are ready" he said giving me a kiss on my forehead and walking over to Nicolas ruffling his hair which made him smile and laugh at Sigurd's action before he left the room heading for the docks.

I picked up Nicolas again before coming out of the room to see Randvi and Eivor in the mapping room; the look on my face must have alarmed them once they noticed me walking in.

"What is wrong?" Randvi asked when she saw me.

"Sigurd wants to return to Norway, to speak to his father and beyond that I still don't know" I said as I stood beside them both.

"Randvi has told me about some ill news about Styrbjornin the past year, we need to go with care if we go" Eivor said as he crossed his arms explaining a little bit.

"I know, Randvi watch over Nicolas we'll be back and hopefully with Sigurd" I said with a sigh before looking at Randvi handing her Nicolas who started playing with her cloak jewels.

"He will be in safe hands" she said with a warm smile which I returned nodding my head knowing she wasn't wrong.

me and Eivor left the room and the longhouse making our way down to the docks where I could see Sigurd there waiting for us, my walking slowed down before stopping for a moment which Eivor noticed when he stopped and looked at me.

"What is it?" he asked with some worry.

"I-I just don't like this, sure he wants to do this but his mind is in more of a jumbling than mine is; I know enough of whatever is in my mind to try and leave it alone but Sigurd he...." I tried to explain as best as I could before stopping not knowing what to really think of all of this.

"Do you really think Sigurd would not return to you and Nicolas?" he asked worried that Sigurd would think like that.

"Gods I hope not if anything happened to him again, I wouldn't survive it" I said with a worried tone and look on my face just thinking about that made me sick.

"We'll keep an eye on him together" Eivor said as he placed a hand on my right shoulder patting it which calmed me down.

"Thank you" I said with a warm smile that he returned.

We both walked down to the docks meeting Sigurd there who stood up from the crates he was sitting on as he waited for us.

"Are you both ready?" he asked us as we stood in front of him.

"We are" Eivor answered as he headed to his long ship.

"Good let us make our way to Norway" Sigurd said looking happy that we agreed to go.

"Yes, but if you get one crazy idea in your head I will punch you" I said before looking at Sigurd with a serious look pointing my finger at him.

"I wouldn't stop you if you did" he said with a smirk when just made me chuckle and get into the long ship with him as we started to sail off for Norway once more after being away for over four years now, unknown to us that we would have company that will follow us to our final journey together in Norway.
