"What the fuck do you mean you mated Malinda?!" I screamed at Antonio. He just told me what happened between them. How he imprint bit her while they had sex the night before, and how he "forgot" to wear a condom. Currently I was punching him very hard in the chest and arms and he was just taking it and staring down at me with absolutely no expression. Carlos grabbed me by the waist and pulled me away from him, as I was simply about to kill him. "You're my best friend and you're gonna betray me like that?!" I screamed again. Antonio rolled his eyes and walked over to me, while I was still in Carlos' grasp. He knelt down to eye level and poked my nose, causing me to scrunch up my face in complete confusion. "I didn't betray anyone Sariba. I love her. You're going to have to accept that." Antonio said softly. He stood up and went into the kitchen to grab some nachos, while I struggled to get out of my boyfriends grasp.
"Tell her to come over Antonio." I said, still struggling. She was my best friend too, I deserved to know how she felt. "Sariba, calm down, I'm not going to let you go until you calm down." Carlos cooed in my ear. I slumped against his arms and pouted in defeat. "I still want Mia to come over" I said with a pout on my face. "I had a vision about her last night anyways." I continued. Everyone in the room looked at me with surprise. I haven't had a vision from the future in months, not since I meant the Scrubbans. This was the first, but this one confused me deeply, and it concerned Malinda and Andres. Carlos' arms around me loosened, so I adjusted my position in his lap. "I'll call her to come over." Antonio said with nothing but defeat in his voice.
While I waited for her arrival, I went into the kitchen to make tacos for the boys and I. I didn't eat as much as them, but I figured they'd be hungry, so why not. I was frying the ground meat when I smelt the familiar scent of the Princess in the house. I heard Javi tell her where I was, and I heard her enter the room, but I didn't address her. I was still thinking about how my two best friends mated behind my back. I put seasoning in the ground meat, when Mia rolled her eyes and groaned at me. "Why did you want me to come over Sariba? You aren't even talking to me." Mia complained. I looked over at her and I saw irritation in her eyes and I couldn't blame her. Now she was about to find out another thing that I kept from her. The fact that I can see the future. "I have another secret.." I said as the stirred the meat.
She looked at me with concern and urged me to continue, while watching me aggressively drain the grease from the meat. "I can see the future.. and I had a vision last night, about you and Andres." I said. Automatically she started laughing, and I knew she got the wrong idea. She probably thought I meant they ended up together. No, it's something worse. Much worse than I expected. "I think he's your brother Mia.." I continued. She dropped the glass of juice she was holding and all you heard was glass shatter all over the floor. "What the actual fuck.." she whispered in shock. All the boys were gathered around us and I was just looking at her with sympathy.
"Maybe you, me and Andres need to go into a room, alone, and talk." I whispered in her ear. I grabbed her by the elbow, and I grabbed Andres by his forearm and I dragged them up to Andres's bedroom. Andres shook himself roughly out of my grip and sat on his bed, while Mia, who was still in shock, huddled in the corner. "Can you fucking explain what's going on Sariba." Andres said impatiently. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair as I thought of how to approach this better. "I had a vision, and I think you guys are half siblings.. you don't have the same mom as the other three Andres." I said as I backed away from him. "What the fuck do you mean Mia's my sister?!" He yelled at me. I flinched at his voice and went into the corner where my best friend was currently huddled in shock. "Stop yelling so much!" I screamed back. I hugged my friend while she cried in the crook of my neck. Immediately his expression softened and he ushered me out of the room, so he could talk to her alone.
I went back downstairs and my brother and Carlos were talking in the common room. I rolled my eyes and made a b like for the kitchen before James could see me, but to no avail I failed at my goal. While I grabbed juice out of the fridge, he stood on the other side of the door looking at me expectingly and with slight regret. "What.." I said as I saw the look on his face. I went around the counter, and sat next to him. He grabbed my hands in his and held them tightly. "I don't want you hating me." He began. I cut him off before he could continue. "James, what did you do." I said calmly, but my voice shook with fear, in anticipation of what he was going to say. "Marti and I.." he started. I got up and walked out as I immediately knew what he meant.
I hated him. I hated her. I hated them. And he knew I hated them, and he's going to date her? He knew I didn't believe she was a vampire in the first place. He knew I didn't get along with her. He knows about her and Niall, and Tulusia. And yet, still, he's going to date her. She's dangerous and so is he, and they'll both just hurt eachother. I'm not going to stick around and watch it happen. "Carlos. I'm sorry. I'm leaving." I said as I grabbed my bag and headed out the door. "What?! Why?!" He chased after me. "Because I'm not going to stick around and watch people I love get hurt by people who don't give a shit. I'm out. I'm going home. I'm done." I said. I left and I shut the door, opened the portal and never turned back as I entered the southern kingdom. My brother and Carlos watching me leave with sadness in their eyes.
