Back at Griffins House
"Sariba! Open the damn door!" Griffin shouted as he banged on Sariba's bedroom door endlessly in anger. Carter and Justin both behind him in complete confusion and concern as to what was going on. "Do I even want to know.." Carter asked his older brother, who just turned to glare at him, than continued banging on his cousins door. "Okay.. guess not." Carter shrugged. It was last night that Sariba had her altercation with Klaus, and she hadn't talked to anybody since than. Mia dropped her off, and Sariba secluded herself in her room. She ignored the presence of all her cousins, and she sent all of James's calls to ignore.
Griffins anger issues were getting the best of him, and that's where they were now. Him hanging on her door, with his younger brothers behind him. And her on the other side, completely zoned out with her earbuds in. "I will break down this fucking door if you don't stop ignoring me!" Griffin screamed as he banged louder. Justin grabbed Griffin and pulled him aside. "Maybe you should stop. Let Carter talk to her, and you go cool down." Justin said to his brother calmly. Griffin groaned in anger but agreed, running into the woods and shifting into his scrawny wolf form to take a run into the woods. Carter was able to just open the door, after Griffin basically broke it from all the banging, to see that Sariba couldn't even hear them knocking cause her music was so loud. Carter walked over to her and pulled her earbuds out of her ears.
"Hey?! What the hell Carter.." She yelled and sighed in defeat. He was her favorite cousin. He understood her and he never yelled. They just talked. "Maybe we should talk Nuggie.." Carter whispered. Nuggie was his nickname for her. She didn't know where it came from, but he was the only one allowed to call her it. Not even her own brother was allowed to. "What about.." Sariba said sincerely while giving him her best puppy eyes. "You know what.. he hurt you." Carter said seriously. He meant the conversation with Klaus and Sariba knew it. And when she looked down in defeat, he knew he was right. What he didn't know, was that even though he hurt her, she was slightly attracted to him. It scared her.
"He's toxic and I like him Carter.." She whispered so quiet he could barely hear her. But he did, and he didn't know what to say. He wasn't good at boy problems. She got up and grabbed her bag off of her desktop chair, pulled her hair in a bun and through on a sweatshirt. "I'm going out." Sariba told him, and she walked out the door. He didn't follow her, he knew she'd be back. He was just as confused as she was.
Meanwhile, Tom Scrubban had found out from Torra about her feelings for Carlos Pena. And he was pissed. Royally pissed. But his daughter was just like him, and didn't like to be told what to do, so no matter what he said, she was going to be with him. Carlos respected her and that's all that mattered. Scarlet, at the same time, had felt neglected once again, by her mother. But this time, it extended farther than it should have, and she tried to kill her mom, and her sister, and her father.
"Do you know how hard it is being your daughter?" Scarlet screamed at Mia, who had just looked at her older daughter in pain and confusion. "What do you mean." Mia asked. "It was always about you! Or Lex! Never me! I never mattered. Princess Mia this, Lex that. What about me." Scarlet screamed. Roni knocked her out, and disowned Scarlet as his daughter. She doesn't remember any of it happening, but Mia's scar on her stomach is a constant reminder of where she went wrong.
Sariba and The Scrubbans were still on a hiatus, and she knew it was her own fault. At this point she couldn't tell if she regretted her decisions or not, because Marti had caused her to lose the only family from home she had. James. He didn't hate her, but Marti did. And that was enough for him to not talk to her. It pissed her off. Her cousins were seeing wheels turning in her head and knew she was changing, and it wasn't for the good. They were beginning to worry how much longer she could withstand James being gone, before all the good in her left.
