Rin point of veiw ~ "Hey Naru what are you doing"I asked my little brother "I'm creating some new jutsu's"he said excitedly "oh really would you like to show me"I asked sitting in front of the ten year old.

"Not right now but when they are perfected I can show you. But I can explain some of them to you"he said "that's fine"I said "okay so this first one is called Wind forge. Wind forge is a technique that allows you to use wind to weaponize your imagination to manifest any construct, living or not, out of wind in much the same way Creation of All Things can create physical forms from nothingness. When you have managed to master this technique you can use it in almost any situation"he explains

"That sounds very powerful little brother"I said "I'm going to make it super powerful when I train it"he explains "I know you will do what else have you created"I asked "Well there is wrath of the sky gods"he said "Damn why that name"I asked

"well Wrath of the Sky Gods is a very powerful and feared collaboration technique between the gods Tomoyo Kōdona and Rikuo. It incorporates Tomoyo's power of storms and Rikuo's power over the wind to create a natural category five hurricane. The first step of this technique is Tomoyo creating a sea of water that has a temperature of 80 degrees. Rikuo uses his power of wind to cause the wind to rotate around the water counter clockwise which evaporates the water and makes the water rise. Tomoyo uses her ability over the to accelerate this process and cause it to rain in the area. Within seconds, Tomoyo and Rikuo have created a category 5 hurricane with wind speeds of up to 160 miles per hour. This hurricane has the capability of destroying most of the first circle. With this jutsu I am basically summoning manifestations of these two gods to actually use this powerful jutsu"He explains

"If you train hard enough with it I have a feeling that you can destroy more then just the first circle. Is wrath of the sky gods your strongest jutsu"I asked "it's my strongest water and wind combination jutsu"he answered

"So you have stronger Justus that you have created then"I asked "yes that would be correct"he said. I smiled at him. He is going to go far. And I am proud of him. With what I learned about my baby brother he deserves the world and Konoha deserves to pay for what they did to him. But it's not my call it's his.

"Hey Rin-nee do you want to spar with me"Naruto asked "if your going to give me those deadly puppy dog eyes how can I decline that offer"I said and he cheered. I'm going to protect you Naruto with everything that I got and I am not going to let anything or anyone hurt you as long as I can prevent it as you big sister and bodyguard.
