Back in Adventure Bay, Ryder and the pups were hanging out in the lookout talking about past rescues and wondered if they would get a really exciting rescue.

"Hope the next rescue is more than just saving Alex from a tree." Chase said.

"Hopefully the next rescue won't be saving chickaletta like the last few times." Rubble chuckled.

"Hopefully the next rescue will have more flying than the last one did," Skye added.

Laughter was heard all around until they all heard Ryder's pup pad ring.

"Shh, pups." The ten-year-old boy said before answering the call.

"Ryder here." He said before taking a look at who was calling for help.

"Um, hello, hehe." The man greeted awkwardly.

The man was in a orange suit and a black tophat and it was clear that he was nervous by the way he was speaking. And the place he was in looked like some sort of a prison cell.

"Can we help you?" Ryder asked the man.

"Um, you're the PAW Patrol, right?" The man said nervously.

"That's right. Why did you call?"

The man took a deep breath before continuing. "I'm a former railway controller and my railway is now in the hands of a man who is as horrid as ever. I heard you can help me get me back in the position of where I was before this all happened."

"Okay. What happened?"

"I was presumably accused of child abuse, which isn't true. I think it was that man who took over my railway. He's got to be behind all this. He showed up as a fake railway inspector that wanted to shut down my railway and then showed the real him afterwards right as I was being taken away."

Ryder and the pups gasped at what the man had said.

"What did the man look like?"

The man stopped and thought for a brief moment. "He was dressed in a purple suit and a purple tophat, and he had a blonde mustache." He told them.

The description hit them in less than a second. They were sure it had to be no other than that ruthless, pathetic excuse of a mayor.

"Did the man have any kittens with him?" Ryder questioned once more.

"Yes. I believe there were six of them."

Ryder and the pups groaned in annoyance to know who was in charge of a railway.

"I think we know who you're talking about."

"You do?"

"Yeah. He's familiar with where we come from."

"Oh I feel terrible to know you have to deal with someone like that on a daily basis."

"It's no big deal. He usually ends up paying the price whenever we meet him."

"Oh, uh, do you think you can help me out by any chance?"

"We'll try. Do you know your location?"

The man stammered when asked the question.

"Oh, uh, well, uh."

"Sir, do you know your location?"

"Well, it's kind of complex."

"Sir, if you just tell us where you're at, we'll get there in no time."

"I'm on an island in Britain."

"An island in Britain, okay. Do you have any other details that can help us?"

"The island is called Sodor. The island of Sodor."

"Sodor, Sodor, island of Sodor," He repeated. "Okay, thank you sir. Oh! Before I go, can I get your name?"

"Oh it's, uh, Bertram. But you can call me Sir Topham Hatt."

"Okay then, sir. Don't you worry. No controller is too horrid; No pup is too small!"

"PAW Patrol to the lookout!"

"Ryder needs us!"

Then Ryder and the pups went into the elevator together and the pups jumped into their spots.

"PAW Patrol ready for action, Ryder sir!" Chase said dutifully.

"Alright, pups, as you all heard, Mayor Humdinger has found his way onto the island of Sodor and has become the railway controller there. As you remember the last time he tried to be in charge of a certain area, he was kind of oppressive. I have a feeling of what he's done so far." Ryder instructed.

"Isn't that the same place whewe that one famous tank engine lives?" Zuma asked.

"I think so, Zuma. If we're lucky enough we might just meet him. I would usually use one or two of you but for this mission, I'm going to need all paws on deck. We have an innocent man who is locked up and a horrible mayor who is already causing havoc on a railway. We can't waste any more time. PAW Patrol is on a roll!" The ten-year-old boy said, putting his hand in the air and heading for the fire pole with his pups following him down the slide.

When they hit the bottom, they got into their vehicles and raced towards Adventure Beach, where the Sea Patroller was located. The team reached Adventure Beach and Ryder activated the Sea Patroller and the pups drove their pupmobiles into the Sea Patroller and set off for the island. The pups kept an eye out on the deck, determined to put things right. Ryder was in the control area standing beside Robo-dog with a determined look on his face. He was thinking of a way to set the mayor of Foggy Bottom straight but didn't know how. Out of all the things that Mayor Humdinger has done, this has to be the worst thing to come out of him. Framing someone of child abuse and getting away with it while taking advantage over a railway which has engines who breath on their own and use them for his deeds. It's really despicable to say the least. Ryder only hoped that the engines weren't badly hurt physically and mentally. Ryder knew that Sodor was counting on them for their well-being. Ryder took a deep breath and was willing to embrace what was about to come.

"Sodor, here we come."
