"I'm here to take her back to America."said Mason as he gave each and every one of you a bright smile.

"You what?!" You said as you got up from Xiao Kai's lap.

"I'm sorry. I don't care who you are but you are not going to take (y/n) away from us."said Qian Xi as he got up from his seat as well.

"Yeah. She's my life. She's our life."said Xiao Kai as he held your and glared at Mason.

"Awww. That's cute. It's so cute that it's disgusting. She's coming with me. I'm her brother and I have the right to."said Mason as he pulled your other hand towards him.

"She's my fiance and you're not going to change anything about that. No one and nothing in the universe can."said Xiao Kai as he pulled you in closer to him.

"Fiance? She may have agreed but I didn't. I am doing this for her own good."said Mason looking serious. Xiao Kai didn't like a single thing he said but his eyes made him felt like he was hiding something.

"My own good? Nothing you did for me was for my sake. Let go of me. I don't want to go back to America and you can't make me. Get your own life because I want to live my life in my own way and I choose to live with the three of them."you said as tears appeared in the corner of your eyes. Your face was red as you slipped your hand off of Xiao Kai and Mason's hand and ran to your room.

"God. You just had to appear before I get here. I guess I have to blame mom and dad for this as well."complained Mason as he sat back on the couch and started punching his forehead.

"What are you not telling us? I know you are hiding something. "said Xiao Kai as he grabbed a seat as well.

"Don't try and lie. We can tell. "warned Wang Yuan as he sat down next to Xiao Kai and pulled Qian Xi to his seat as well.

"I guess it was about time you find out."said Mason as he was about to let the three of them in on a big secret. "The truth is that
(y/n) doesn't have one past, but two. "said Mason as he looked at the three of them seriously.

"If it was about her loosing her memory then we knew."said Qian Xi as he sat closer to the three of them.

"No. That was one past the other past was much deeper. "said Mason as he recalled a bad memory. There was dead silence in the living room as Mason stopped to catch a breath.

"The truth is that (y/n) was adopted."the three of them widened their eyes in disbelief to what Mason just announced.

"We found her in an orphanage that was closing and the moment we saw her. We wanted to help her. She had such dark eyes. She looked so depressed that no one on Earth can ever get more sad than her. Her dark eyes made made us want to give her protection and happiness. So we adopted her. We tried looking for her parents but there weren't even a single clue left behind by her parents. She was found outside the orphanage on her birthday."said Mason as he looked at the floor with sadness in his eyes.

"Does she know about this?" asked Xiao Kai with a sympathetic face. Mason looked up and that gesture told the three of them that you didn't know.

"That's so sad."said Wang Yuan as he looked to the ground.

"That's enough. Leave now. This doesn't matter to me. The past doesn't matter to me."said Xiao Kai and pointed towards the exit.

"Her real parents are here to take her back. I would be fine if she's on China but her parents want her back. They will sue you if the don't get their daughter back. They will do whatever it takes for her to be by their side."said Mason as he stood up and walked to the door.

"It's your choice."said Mason. The three of them stood there in silence as they watched Mason walk out of the house.

"Why now? Why her?" questioned Xiao Kai to himself.

"That doesn't matter because what matters now is the mental support you have to give her. She can't know the truth."said Wang Yuan while placing his hand on Xiao Kai's shoulder.

Xiao Kai took a deep breath before walking up the stairs and into your room after knocking on your door. He saw your red eyes and the tears on your pretty little face. His heart almost broke into a million pieces from your tears. He immediately rushed further into your room to give your a comforting hug. It made you feel better but not so much.

"Thanks but I'm fine now." you said as you faked a smile for him.

"No don't. I know you're not fine."said Xiao Kai as he cupped your cheeks and wiped your tears with his thumb. He loosened your smile into an expressionless face.

"Didn't you want to see me smile everyday? "you asked as you held him warm hands that were still by your cheeks.

"I do but I don't want to see you fake a smile. The only thing more painful than you leaving or crying is you faking a smile for me."said Xiao Kai as he leaned in closer to you.

You closed your eyes for a kiss and eventually felt his soft lips on yours again. You missed that feeling. The bliss you felt from that moment made you smile.

"That always makes me smile." you said as he pulled away.

"I will do that to your everyday if needed. "he said as he pulled you into a hug. You blushed as you replied.

"You don't need to if you don't want to. I just need you by my side. That is all I want."you said as you leaned your forehead on his.

"Come on. It's already almost midnight. It's time for some shut eye."said Xiao Kai as he switched off the lights to your room and wanted to leave. He wanted to.

"Stay with me. Just for the night." you said with a red face as you tugged on his sleeve.

"Fine. Anything for my little princess." said Xiao Kai as he pinched your nose and jumped on your bed.

"I'm gonna go take a shower and don't you need to take one too? "you asked as you switched on the lights and took the stuff you needed.

"Oh. What are you protesting? Did you want me to-"he was interrupted by you as your face grew redder than before.

"No! Just forget it. "you said as you opened the door.

"I was just kidding. I took a bath before my performance today. "said Xiao Kai as laughed. "You're so cute to tease."

"You meanie. I changed my mind get out of my room."you said as your reached for his arm to drag him out of your room.

"Oops."said Xiao Kai as he grabbed your arm instead and dragged you into bed.

In that second, he flipped both of your positions and he was above you. He leaned in closer to you and you immediately shut your eyes. He leaned him closer and he breathed in your ear.

"I'll be waiting for you here."he whispered as he let go of you.

You got up from your position and quickly grabbed your stuff before running to the shower room.

When you got back to your room, Xiao Kai was already sound asleep on your bed. He looked so cute asleep so you tried your best not to wake him up. You tried sneak in your bed, beside him, but he pulled you in instead. His arms were around your waist and you could feel his breath tickling your neck. You blushed beetroot red but you eventually calmed down as you saw his cute face. You heard a message on your phone, not knowing who it was from or what it was, you ignored it. You never knew it was important. It said,

"We are coming for you. "
