Chapter 14

"Casey."

I blinked twice before running on Limuel's side. He's finally awake. Ngayon, malalaman na namin kung ano talaga ang tunay na nangyari sa kaniya. Kapag tunay talaga 'yung sinabi ni Polo, ako mismo ang mag-sasampa ng kaso sa Dylan na 'yon, alam ko namang hindi mag-sasampa ng kaso si Tita Louise eh.

"Masakit pa ba?" I asked him, getting emotional already.

"Ayos na 'ko, nandito na crush ko eh." He just smiled.

That made me smile too. Simula noong nagka-bati kami, hindi siya nag-oopen about doon. He never talked about the thing that he loves me. As in ngayon lang.

"Pagaling ka agad ha? Pinag-alala mo kaming lahat." I pouted.

"Oy! 'Tol! Hoy gising na nga si Lim!" I heard Ella and the rest outside the door.

"Hoy! Hi! Kamusta ka?" Andi sat besides me.

"How are you?" Yza asked. "Kilala mo pa ba kami?"

"Hala! Baka may amnesia siya! 'Tol naaalala mo ba kami?" Polo moves closer to Lim before waving his hands on his face.

"Doon ka nga, nakakasira ka ng araw." Lim glared at him.

"Phew! Akala namin hindi mo kami naaalala eh!" Polo laughed.

"Si Faith?" I asked Polo.

"Tinatapos pa finals niya." He simply replied. I just nodded. After that, we all ate at Lim's hospital room. We just talked and laughed until Faith comes in. She looks so mad.

"You're finally awake." She just smiled but it disappeared immediately. "Now, who did this to you?" She raised a brow.

We all went silent. I just looked at Limuel, he looks disturbed and serious. I can't explain his emotions. I'm not that good at reading emotions at all.

"Hindi na mahalaga 'yon." He just rolled his eyes.

"Anong hindi mahalaga? Binugbog ka, Kuya! You were unconscious for two whole days tapos wala kang pakialam?!" I flinched when she started snapping in front of us.

"Quiel, that's enough." Inawat na siya ni Tita Louise. "I will take care of that, do not worry."

"Who did this to you?" Faith's voice is stern.

"May kasalanan din ako, okay? Hindi lang naman sina Dylan."

"Tumigil ka na sa kagaganiyan mo ha?! Tingnan mo tuloy nangyari sa'yo!" Faith rolled her eyes.

"Siya, siya. Tama na kayong dalawa, tigil na 'yan. Ayos na lahat. Buhay ito." She pointed at Limuel. "Si Tita na ang bahala sa lahat. Tapos." Ella ended the fight.

"Tara na muna umalis. Mag-pahinga ka muna ha? Madami ka pang hahabulin na finals." Nag-yakag na si Polo na umuwi para naman makapag-pahinga si Limuel.

"Bye! Dapat bukas, uuwi ka na ha? Bawal hindi. Ako mag-dedesisyon." Ella said.

"Oo na." Lim just laughed. I just smiled at him before waving my hands. For a mean time, I felt happy. I left all my problems at my unit.

After arriving at my building, iniisip ko na nandoon pa si Corey. I don't want to see him, I don't want to hear him shout either. He's really making me very frustrated. Dahan-dahan kong binuksan ang pinto ng condo ko dahil inaasahan kong nandoon pa siya, pero wala nang tao roon. Just thank God, he locked my condo. I slept early that night. Hindi na ako nakapag-hapunan dahil inaantok na ako. I just showered then did some Tiktok videos before dozing-off to sleep.

It's Sunday at nag-yakag si Yza na sumimba sa Baclaran, kaya maaga akong gumising dahil maaga din kaming aalis. Sisimba kami para magpa-salamat dahil tapos na ang finals namin, naka-labas na rin si Limuel sa Ospital kaya kumpleto kaming lahat. I just wore a simple Light Blue puff-sleeves dress ending below my knees and paired it with white sneakers. Nag-lip tint na lang ako para simple. Si Yza ang sumundo sa aming lahat dahil gusto niya.
