chapter 5

Gloria Pov

Looking at vivian with Isabella in her arms rocking her gently as she slept, it all came so naturally to her, she had always been the more gentle one out of us, her heart is just so full of kindness

I asked Vivi if the little one was asleep, approaching them softly, as if to prove my point, she opened her eyes to look at me and gave me a sleepy smile

She settled on playing with Vivian's blonde hair as she dozed off, I leaned to press a soft kiss to her forehead and then both of us helped get her settled in her bed

Quietly we both excited the guest bedroom, which would hopefully soon be her's, vivian turned on the hallway light and I kept the door half open so that it wasn't pitch black in the room

"Isn't she the sweetest? And don't even think of denying it, I've seen how you are with her" Vivian asked me as soon as we entered our room

"Yes she is.. She is just so... Pure" I replied softly not sure, if that would be enough to express how close I feel to that little one and how she makes me just want to keep her safe and protected

"I told you it would be worth meeting her" Vivan whispered softly, understanding exactly what I was trying to say and hugged me softly, my wife really is something else

"I have to finish a little work, you go sleep and I'll come in a bit" I said kissing her gently on the lips and I felt her arms go around my neck as she kissed me back

"Don't be too long, we don't know what time bella wakes up" Vivian softly said before giving a quick peck to my lips and walking into our bathroom and I made my way into my study

****late night****

I had finally finished all my paper work, most of which was for yesterday but because I got it done now I have extra time tomorrow which I get to spend with both of them

I walked into our bed room to see Vivian sleeping peacefully on her side of the bed, I walked out into the hallway wanting to check on her once before I go to sleep

I peeked into her room from where we had left the door half open, she was still asleep all cuddled up with her teddy and bundled up

I smiled watching her sleepy face and walked back to my room after making sure the baby moniter was on and slipped in next to vivian

"She's still sleeping?" Vivian asked me sleepily as she turned around to wrap her arms around my waist spooning me "still sleeping" I replied only to hear her even breathing

I smiled watching her sleepy face rest against my shoulder and put my arm around her sleeping frame pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead I closed my eyes

****Morning****

Isabella Pov

I woke up warm, just like I did everyday but something was different, the blankets were softer than anything that I own and it wasn't overly bright in my room like it was everyday

Hesitantly even though I didn't want to I opened my eyes and looked around the huge room, my eye brows frowning in confusion for a couple of seconds

Yesterday's events came back to me and I remembered that I was in the castle and that the queens took care of me yesterday

I saw Ted tucked under me, partially covered by the blanket that now just covered my legs, I rubbed my eyes sleepily looking around

"Vivi? Ria?" I whispered softly clutching the blanket tighter and pulling Ted to my chest, I moved the blanket away stepping down with a thump

"Hey honey" I heard Gloria whisper as she entered the room wearing pyjamas and she looked a lot different than yesterday

"H-hi" I whispered softly looking away from her "did you sleep well Bella?" She asked walking towards me, making me sit on the bed

"Bella?" I asked tilting my head sightly to look up at her "it's a nickname hun, it means beautiful in Italian" She said lifting my chin to making me look at her

"And you dear are very beautiful" She said seriously, giving me a warm smile "where's vivi?" I asked curiously leaning into her for a hug

"She's doing some work right now, but she'll be done by the time we go down for breakfast" I smiled slightly at that and she hugged my back, resting her head on mine

"You want to get changed? And then breakfast?" She asked gently letting go after a couple of seconds, that's when I noticed the clothes in her hand

"Are you dry sweetheart?" She asked gently her tone was soft and she didn't look mad, instead of a verbal reply I shook my head

Just the question itself made me feel smaller and look up tears welling up in my eyes "oh no no baby! It's okay, it's okay I promise" She said gently once again pulling me in a big hug

"Is it okay if I help you little one? I'll be real quick" She said, I nodded a little wrapping my arms around her neck not wanting to let go of her warmth yet

"Upsie daisy" She cooed standing up fully and walking out of the room and into the one a couple of doors away, the room was a lot different than mine

It had lots of colours in it and looked very organised and pretty, was it the Queen's room? "You're?" I questioned in a whisper, still looking around the room curiously

"Yes bug that's our room, I guess you didn't have much time to see it last night" Gloria said softly walking into the bathroom and setting me on the closed toilet seat

I watched as she fumbled with the taps for a bit and added bubbles just like vivian did last night and let the tub fill "ready?" Gloria asked

I gave a small smile and nodded, she smiled back and helped me out of her oversized t shirt and shorts and my wet pull up, and lifted me into the tub

"Is the water okay?" She asked helping me wash up, I settled with playing with the colourful bubbles and even made myself a big beard

"Lookie! M'like Santa" I said happily showing Ria my beard, I made it all by myself "you're right honey! You do look like Santa" She agreed with me happily

I smiled more and nodded, within 15 minutes I was fully clean and the water was starting to cool down "out we go bella" She said emptying the tub and lifting me up

The coldness after the warm bath made me shiver slightly and hide my head into her neck snuggling close "just a second bub" Gloria whispered softly feeling me shiver

She started to rub my back and hands warming me up a little before setting me on their bed and the warmness of the room made me stop shivering

"Arms up" Gloria said bunching up a new shirt and putting it on me after a compiled the same for a fresh pull up and pajama pants which were too long

After rolling the pants up from the bottom she took a step back and gave me one of her big smiles "absolutely adorable" She said coming over and kissing my forehead

The action making me smile subconsciously and leaning into her to give her a big hug "thank you" I whispered in a small voice

The way her hands tightened around me it told me that she heard me "you wanna say hi to vivian first and then breakfast? Or the other way around" She asked after she pulled away

"Vivi first please?" I asked looking up, jumping on my toes slightly, I missed her and wanted to see her "of course little one, let's go"

After taking hold of her hand we made our way down the hallway again, to meet vivian and I was exited to see her again
