chapter 19

Vivian Pov

I am so furious right now, I can't even put it into words how mad I am. It was no one else but James who was making a scene, I should probably say king James but he doesn't deserve that title with the way he is behaving

He is the ex - ruler of Telvian kingdom which is a little away from our kingdom, currently being ruled by his bother, who's actually a really nice king

"What are you doing here James? You were not invited and you are not welcome here" I spoke trying to control my anger, my words were sharp and held power

"I don't need a stupid invitation, I can go where I wa-ant!" He yelled his words slurred slightly which told me he was intoxicated

"It's such a stupid thing you do here, treat adults like babies, it's really disgusting ya know" He said with a smirk, eyeing me and gloria

"Who let him in? I want him out right now, this is a royal event and you are not welcome here" Gloria spoke sternly, 4 guards came forward, taking him by force

All while going on he kept yelling and shouting non sense about anything and everything that he could

I have no idea how he came here, because Tevian kingdom wasn't invited to this event and he had no idea to know that this was going to happen today, of all days to come he chose today

"Make a call to Tevian king and infrom him of what has happened. I want to know how he came here and entered the castle" I spoke to my head guard, he nodded and scampered off the room eager to get out

"I sincerely apologize for this, shall we get to dinner ? If any of you don't feel up to staying that's more than okay, thank you for being here today" Gloria said once she came back with a sad smile on her face

Her eyes met mine and we both had the same thought on our mind, one of us needed to check on bella, she absolutely hates loud noises and the way he spoke about her just wants me to snuggle up with her fogetting everything

"It's not your fault what happened today and all of us are more than happy to stay for dinner" King Tula replied on behalf of everyone, making both of us nod

"Please make your way to the dinning hall, the guards and Queen Gloria will accompany you I need to check on something real quick" I spoke Apologetically

We were the host of this event and it is very rude of me to walk out on them in the middle of the event specially the dinner

"Go check on your girl vivian, we saw what happened it's okay, family always comes first" King Reven was the one who spoke, probably the oldest of all of us

He is the king of Randest kingdom, and he's been ruling for a really long time, and he is as kind as a person can get, always ready to help

I nodded politely at him, silently thanking him for understanding and made my way to Gloria "I'll check on her and be back" I whispered softly "don't force her to come if she doesn't want to, and tell her momma loves her and I'm very sorry I can't come" She said guilt evident in her eyes

"I'll make sure she knows babe, thank you for taking care of dinner" I whispered to her before walking out of the main hall and towards our room, my pace quickning just a little bit

Isabella Pov

I don't know how long it's been... But I don't like being away from momma and mama, grandma and Duke tried to get me to talk for a while but gave up once they saw I won't budge

I almost on the verge of falling asleep when I heard the door open quietly and grandma was whispering something and then the door closing gently

"Hey little bug" It was mama, I turned around looking at her with teary eyes, the man was a big old meanie

"Mama" I whispered, throwing the blankets away and throwing myself at her, as if I hadn't already cried enough a fresh set of tears came out, the reality of the situation finally sinking in

"I got you baby, it's okay" Mama whispered gently into my ear, taking me in her arms fully and standing up I cuddled into her neck hidding my face in my favourite spot

After a while of mama whispering sweet things to my ear and rocking and swaying, I was feeling a lot calmer and just laid limp in her arms

"Do you wanna head down for dinner bubba? You don't have to if you don't want to, and momma says she's sorry she couldn't come..  But we both couldn't leave at the same time" I nodded, I get why momma couldn't come, it would be very rude for the guests

"Wanna go, pwease" I whispered gently, not moving my head from mama's shoulder, I felt mama kiss my forehead softly and hum in agreement

"Let's change you real quick baby, and we'll go down...  We should be just in time for dinner" Mama explained laying me near the edge of the bed

I didn't even realise I needed a change... I blushed beet red while mama changed me, but like usual mama was real quick and rubbing my tummy after she was done calming me down a lot

"Should we go see momma now, hmm?" Mama asked softly, holding my hands and making me stand up, straightening my dress

"Mama?" I whispered out softly, still a little shaken up from the commotion that happened earlier "yes sweetheart?" Mama looked back at me once she was done placing all the changing supplies in proper places

"You hold?" I whispered, I didn't wanna be away from mama Or momma anymore...  "Of course I well sweetheart" Mama replies with a big smile, making me relax a little

I grabed Ted from the bed, and my paci was still clipped on to my dress so I simply just put it in my mouth, "how about we leave Ted this time baby? Don't want all yummy food to get on it right?" Mama said softly making me pout sadly...

But I wanted Ted to come... But if he gets food in him then he will need to go for his special bath that takes a really long time and I wont be able to sleep with him, I didn't want that and Ted says he doesn't like the bath..  So that's a no no

"Kay mama" I mumbled, kissing Ted and placing him on the side table "such a good girl" Mama whispered softly lifting me up and swaying me

"Let's get some yummy food in you" Mama said with enthusiasm and we walked out of their bedroom, making our way towards the main dinning hall

As we got closer to the room my grip on mama tightened slightly, but mama was quick to tighten her hold on me kissing my head every few seconds making me calm

"Remember there's going to be more people who were at the ball, but you don't have to talk if you don't want to okay" Mama said softly and nodded at the guards making them open the door

Everyone was seated on the dinning table, this was a much bigger table than the regual one which we sat at ( not that it was small ) there were 2 seats at the head and rest were on the sides

"Momma" I called out making her along with everyone else turn their heads towards me, I didn't care though I just wanted momma to hold me

"Hi my baby" Momma whispered softly, taking me from mama and setting me on her lap, happily letting me wrap my arms around her neck

I could hear faint mumbling in the background but it didn't matter, like usual mama said toast and everyone began eating "you wanna share with me love?" I simply nodded not really in a mood to eat anyways

Momma shifted me on her lap so that my back was against her chest and fed me occassional bites from her plate but I shook my head after the third one, turning around and hidding in her chest

I faintly heard mama whisper something about pumping when mama winced after I cuddled in her chest, I don't remember anything else happening in dinner cause I was pretty content in my own zone

So breastfeeding is coming soon (you guys unanimous agreed on it) , I decided on Gloria being the one who will breastfeed because vivian and Bella have a closer bond and this can be how Isabella can bond with her.
