"And the fight continues, folks. We are seeing them pull out every stop at this point. The battle is only getting more violent by the second. Who will come out on top? Keep on watching to figure out that results!" Himpus announced
Hunter was panting for air, holding out his arm, allowing blood to cover it slowly. Ilfri was standing from afar, bleeding from her shoulder but held out both arms with spread-out fingers. The two of them kept eye contact, but none of them moved a muscle.
"It seems like they are assessing each other again." Damien threw his hands behind his head, looking at the fight.
"It's quite the intense little fight." Angelise mused.
"If every fight is gonna be like this, then I'm not looking forward to mine. You can see the intensity in their eyes, man." Delilah leaned herself on the railing.
"Every fight is gonna be like this or worse." Vindur chimed in.
"Really?" Kotoha suddenly looked very nervous.
"Let us be honest here. Ilfri's ability isn't the strongest. She is just strong because she took a weak ability and mastered it to perfection. Now imagine if those other invades have mastered their power too, but their power just packs more of a punch?" Vindur crossed his arms.
"Well, who is to say that their ability is stronger than hers?" Sakana looked at Vindur. The bodyguard grasped his wrist.
"I know at least one of them packs one hell of a punch." VIndur grimaced.
"Oooooooh..." Kotoha looked nervous and hugged herself.
"Look, look. I think it's about to start again." Librisca pointed down at the fight.
Hunter slowly took a deep breath and then lowered his arm. Ilfri didn't lower her guard at all.
"Ju-just excuse me for a second." Hunter grabbed a pack of cigarettes from his pocket and, with a shakey arm, put one of them into his mouth. Next, he grabbed a pack of matches and lighted it, taking a long hit on the smoke.
"Really, you choose to indulge in this kind of behavior now?" Ilfri asked. Hunter shook his arm that had been bleeding and then took one more hit, letting out a big cloud of smoke from his nose.
"When you are stressed, you should find some sort of way to calm down. That last hit shook me a bit, just trying to calm down." Hunter took one last hit on it before spitting it out, stomping on it for a second. He then looked up with newfound determination in his eyes.
"So those vibrations are gonna be a problem, huh?" He allowed a lot of blood to collect around his hand. She didn't wait anymore after that, charging at him, running as fast as she could, appearing in front of him after a split second.
"Steel eagle, dual first form, feather!" She threw a sideways karate-chop toward him. He moved his arm up.
"Umbral liquid, drizzle!" He allowed small balls of blood to shoot off his arm like bullets, flying with immense speed forward, hitting her arms and body. They didn't pierce her but were more like very strong paintballs, hitting like a flurry of stones thrown by a tornado. She fell back as he took one step forward.
"Umbral liquid, hammer!" All the blood moved over his arm like a wave and then hit right into Ilfri with a whiplash effect, sending her flying away. He walked toward her, moving his arm up again.
"Umbral liquid, drizzle!" He shot bullets after her again, chasing her, utilizing this time to quickly collect a large amount of blood from his arm back toward his fist, compressing, compressing. She promptly got up and started moving her hand around, cutting the bullets apart as fast as she could.
"Keep going, keep going!" She shouted as she moved faster and faster. Finally, she stomped the ground, taking in a deep breath, so loud that it was almost like the whole arena could hear it.
"Steel eagle, dual fourth form, collected feather!" She exhaled and shot forward at such a speed that the ground took a second to realize she had passed, and then dust was kicked off the ground. She appeared in front of him, thrusting one hand forward with all her might. It collided with his stomach, and the moment it did, she snapped her fingers together, unleashing an almost ringing sound. The vibration kept ringing in the air for a moment.
